I made an order over the phone on the 4th June, After several calls the food arrived 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time or 30/45 minutes, when I received the food the order was completely wrong and the pizza was squashed and a bite had been taken out of it. My partner then called back the store to complain about the time scale the wrong order and the dissatisfaction of the state of the pizza, Karn the manager who can not speak English properly, was rude and unhelpful , despite this my partners demanded a refund ,where he was then informed that we had to send everything back and we would receive a refund within 2/3 working days, it has now been 7 working days and my account still has not been refunded. I called back the store today to speak aging to a manager who again could not speak proper English and refused to give me his name he told me that I had to call back at 6pm to enquire about my refund, well this done it for me, what is the point of him being a manager , his lacked costumers service skills was very rude and had absolutely no knowledge of anything and most frustrating of it all no one in this Pizza Hut SPOKE PROPER ENGLISH. This resulted in me calling Pizza Hut head office and making a complaint and sorting out my refund. The food in this Pizza Hut used to be good quality and the staff had great costumer service skills this no longer exists, I would encourage no one to eat from this store. Terrible food Incompetent staff Delivery time is very bad The desserts are always burnt Chicken wings under cooked I have nothing good to say about this store. Why is it that none of the staff here speak English is this really where we are at that one of the largest fast food chains no longer employ English...
Read moreThe worst delivery experience I have ever had. We ordered the veggie sizler pizza, garlic bread and potato wedges. Firstly, it took more than an hour after we placed the order for the food to arrive. When we sat down to eat, we saw that they sent the wrong pizza. They gave us a pizza with meat on it. When I called Pizza Hut to inform them of their mistake, it took them at least 5 minutes to discuss it amongst themselves and find the order I placed to confirm that I did indeed order the vegetarian pizza. But then another person comes on the phone to question me about the pizza. I explained to him that I ordered the vegetarian pizza but received a pizza with meat on it. He didn't seem to believe me, and asked me if I was sure it was meat. Then he asked me if it was just one piece of meat or if the meat was on the entire pizza (as though this would make a difference to someone who doesn't eat meat?). I explained that the entire pizza had meat on it and that they sent me the wrong pizza. Finally, he said he would make the correct pizza and have it delivered to me and that I should return the wrong pizza (gladly, but I was never lying to begin with). It took another hour for the correct pizza to arrive. Not to mention that all the food that arrived was not hot, but nearing cold in temperature. Will not be ordering...
Read moreThe staff at this pizza hut are the most incompetent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a pizza from them and when it arrived it was the wrong order, I then called up to request a replacement. It took about 15 mins to convince the person I was speaking to that they had filled the order, and that the pizza I had sat in front on me was not in fact imaginary.
When the guy eventually found the order I had placed he agreed to send out the right order. After waiting an hour, still no pizza. I then called the restaurant again and was told by a different woman that the order was out for delivery.
After another half an hour the pizza still hadn't arrived so I once again had to phone the restaurant. I explained the situation to yet another member of staff and was left on hold without warning, when someone eventually came back on the line it was the original person I had dealt with who told me that they actually hadn't sent a replacement pizza and that I had been waiting for nothing. In the end he refused to help me and was extremely rude. Honestly, I have no idea how any of these people managed to get past the interview - the worst customer service I have ever...
