Lovely little spot with a decent quality pizza. To be clear, quality is much better than any kebab and pizza shop, buy lower than many Neapolitan pizza places popping around London.

I wasn’t impressed with the dough as it felt quite stiff and resulted fairly heavy in the end. The tomato sauce was a major letdown for me as it could be barely tasted. There was generally no balance in the toppings even though the combinations and the ideas were interesting and original. I tried the one with butternut and pancetta and I enjoyed it.. Sad to see they adopted chicken pizzas and other despicable options when I though this pizzeria was Italian. On the good side, service was careful and fast. Also prices are quite cheap and ended up having a good time anyways… especially ending with a nutella pizza.

Would I go back? Not really, unless they are back at making Neapolitan...

At first I was afraid, I was petrified Fearing Ramim would not be by~ my table side And after spending nights Thinking how I had no food I grew starved And for tasty pizza I yearned

Now it’s here From Pizza Room And I find us here With that service going zoom I could’ve sworn it looked unreal or tasted so divine If I’d known for a second That this pizza could be mine

Go on, go, bring me some more Turn around now Never going out the door You’re the one who lured me with pizza galore Think I’d crumble Think I’d lay down and lie

No, not I, I will eat five Long as I know how to eat, I know I’ll stay alive You’ve got pizzas to give And all your love to give and I will eat five I, I, I will eat five HEY HEY read in the tune of I will survive

Actually, very good restaurant, with good service, yummy yummy in my...

I was excited to order from here by looking at the reviews but unfortunately wasn't up to the hype. I had called 30 mins prior and ordered. And as I have gluten and lactose allergy and they had both options which was hard to find I was very eager to order. They said it was not a problem and the pizza would be ready for us to collect. Upon collection time they had not made the pizza and we were in a hurry. Unfortunately the pizza was on the burnt side and I had ordered a vegan margherita but they were very stingy with the cheese and was more a tomato pizza. It was quite disappointing considering you pay just over 2 pounds extra for the gluten free base it doesn't seem to be worth the 12 quid. I was too hungry to care I just ate it and therefore didn't take a photo as I just was in a hurry...

August 2024: If until few months ago I ate here the best pizza in SE London, today I ate one of the worst ever. I have no clue if the management changed their policy and cut the costs, but this thin “thing” is not a pizza. At least it has nothing to do with it. Also, recently it’s impossible to dine in the location at 12/12:30pm, even if they officially open at 12, because they “are not ready” (it happened the last two times I went there). Peccato, davvero peccato. Avete perso un cliente entusiasta. June 2024: This is definitely the best pizza in SE London! The dough remembers me the Neapolitan style and the pizza is cooked almost perfectly, even if we are in London. They have a wide choice and pizzas have absolutely value for money.

Do not order gluten free pizza from Pizza Room (New Cross). That was the worst gf base that we ever tried. Dough looked like plastic, hard as stone and covered in oil. My partner end up eating only toppings as there was no way to chew this pizza. Dough looked very much like it didn't cook properly in the oven. That's very disappointing as regular pizza was quite tasty. We live in the area and got excited that new place offering gluten free option, however I think if you cannot deliver quality for that price its shouldn't be in the menu.
