Been ordering from here a lot of times, always online, without a problem. Earlier this evening, been trying to do so, but the website was broken, kept on loading, then finally said that the online service doesn't work, so I should call them to make the order. That's when the funny part started, first of all the guy said that what I'm about to order, I can only do online. When I said that the website recommended to call instead, he said it's fine, but actually they won't even take my order, because they're about to close(at 22:46). When I reminded him that online, on the flyers, on the coupons, basically everywhere is written that they do take orders until 55, he said no, its a different time everyday. When I asked what would've happen if the website isn't broken, and I could've put through my order, the answer was he doesn't know. By that time I just asked if I could talk to the manager, he answered proudly: "I am the manager". That was the end of our conversation. Joke of a customer service, ignoring their own franchise policy, never thought that Pizza Hut could get me disappointed, but it is a joke, not even a funny one on a Sunday night, when you're just about to get some dinner, trying for half an hour online, to get this result...Now we had to order Kebabs from a place we never heard of, looks like our money is good enough for them. The pizza taste of pizza sauce is far too prominent, it tastes like it’s 90% cheap tomato concentrate, I suspect the cheese is fake/cheap, with no cheese pull and no flavour. The base is enunciation anaemic, almost doughy, and so I sickened if eating it after a couple of slices. I think they’ve really cheaped out on ingredients to an extent where all quality I has gone. Read moreI brought 4 medium pizzas from 25 High St, Whitton, Twickenham, TW2 7LB. Both my young children were sick with diarrhoea. The shop refused to refund me (around £20) because I had nor medical certificate. What a horrible experience. I called them many times to explain and in the end it was referred to Karol the manager. My youngest son took 2 days off school. I told them I would write an appropriate review and they could not care less. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, REALLY BAD...
