Pizza Pilgrims Chelsea — Restaurant in London

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday at Cinema Paradiso. It was more than we expected in everyway.

Venue - cute little room in the basement. Perfect for her 25 friends. The staff pushed the tables to the side to create space for the girls to dance and play games. We took in some decorations which they let us put up.

Atmosphere - they dimmed the lights for perfect ambience. We plugged our phone for music.

Food - we pre-booked most of the food for the kids which the staff kept bringing at right times. They were so attentive and continued to take drinks orders through the evening (how many lemonades can 16 year olds drink - way too many)!!!

The rest of us family dined upstairs. The food was delicious with very good quality cheese.

Service - this was one of my favourite parts. Maggie and her team were so attentive and kind to the girls even when they got a bit loud. They were just happy the kids were having fun. Couldn't have asked for a better evening.

Overall 5 out of 5. Would highly recommend for private party and also just family pizza dinner.

I would like to start off by saying saying I was very happy with my pizza and it was a great opening. Everyone was nice except one lady didn’t get her name but she was wearing brown Uggs. I went with my 5 year old son and bought him a child’s pizza, as kids are he didn’t eat it all but he did like it so I thought I would take the rest home with me. When I was ready to pay I was served by this new server to take payment, all I could describe her is she was very cold! Payment was complete and I asked her if I could get a take away box for the rest of my sons pizza. The look she gave me was very strange, as if nobody has ever asked this question before, she blankly said yes and I patiently waited. As she walked away. I assumed that she was going to get the box, she then went and served 3+ more people and completely forgot about me! It took that long that I ended up walking away without the food I paid for. I walked past her as I left and she gave me no acknowledgment. I think the staff need further training on customer satisfaction and...
