Pizzadelique — Restaurant in London

The worst experience I have had in virtually any restaurant in the world. We arrived at just after 3 to a table we had reserved. Ordered 2 garlic bread starters, 4 pizzas and a rice dish - hardly anything complicated. Told the staff to bring it all at once as we needed to leave to watch the football.

Starters arrived around 3.30 - ok not terrible. Main courses didn't start arriving until 4. One main at a time. We were the last people in the place. People who arrived after us got served miles before us.

We were all wearing Arsenal shirts, so it wasn't a surprise what our plan was.

I ultimately asked for the last 2 pizzas to be put in boxes rather than on plates just before 4.15 🙄

Perhaps the final insults were to be told by the manager to 'speak to the kitchen' and to charged full price for our "meal" even though 2 of us were eating as we walked to the stadium.

Stumbled accross this little restaurant before the Arsenal match and took our chances without a reservation. Despite tables being reserved they managed to fit us in.

Faultless........ Service was fantastic, speed of food arriving was quick and all fresh as you can see it being prepared and cooked. Overall the restaurant had a great feel to it.

For London the prices were more then reasonable and the quality of the food was amazing. Best pizza and chips I've had in a very long time.

A great restaurant that has lost it's quality and it's service. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and recently, without warning, explanation or apology they have stopped delivering to my address. Judging other reviews on the internet seems to suggest that the level of service in the actual restaurant has also been bad lately.
