I would never buy anything at Planet Organic shop! And I suggest you all do the same. That's Because : 1) they are heating food in plastic bag, don't believe me? Go check out the oven by yourself, which is clearly visible in the food to go section! 2) They pay their employees the bare minimum. You can ask them and they will confirm! (That's why they come and go!) 3) They don't give free food or coffee to their employees! Employees must pay even for expired food with a wastege discount. 4)They say zero waste, but that's not true. In fact, they throw away lots of food. Go in the back yard and see their bins. 5) I have seen their pastry with full of flies on it. so next time when you get sick now you know why? Planet organic is one of he a greediest shop, prices are double then those of any other shops around.

Lovely place to shop. The quality of the products is amazing but some of the.products are overpriced. The staff is friendly and helpful but Is quite.difficult to spot one on the.floor during busy times. I love the planet organic Caffè as well especially their hot chocolate which is absolutely amazing. However more often than not it is extremely busy and it can be noisy. Parking us an issue and in more than one occasion I had to park in marks and Spencer car park which enables me to complete my weekly shoping in one go.

First time trying an Organic Cappuccino and would say I rather enjoyed it. A different type of consistency to the usual however it went down very well. The location on Muswell Hill Broadway is brilliant, loads of outdoor seating & a pleasent customer service experience. Their is also a large selection of organic & vegan foods on sale within the shop for those looking for those groceries and products. 5* Would recommend on a positive experience 👍🏼

_regarding cleaning there is only one cleaning fabric for everything used by the lady responsible for the cleaning of tables and with the same fabric used she is cleaning the bins and the chairs and or any other surface. A fair distribution of viruses, dirt and other types of infection around the shop.

_the tables are sticky, literaly takes effort to pick your cup of coffee from the tabletop. If you rest your hands they stick. Maybe the varnish job? Maybe the accumulation of substances from the cleaning?

_on the fresh juices section look at the state of these carrots and apples. No washing of apples or cleaning of carrots. How can they serve these fruits and vegetables

_the air-conditioning is not working in the big room (they are either trying to save on electricity or discourage the laptop campers) either way they are loosing customers because is boiling in there.

_they used to offer filtered water which is now not the case. The water on offer is not cold neither filtered (you can literaly taste the water tank flavour)

_they removed the benches from outside to "discourage youths coming at night" and have created the largest open toilet by now providing dark corners in between the columns and the shopfront so the drunks can pee. Everytime you sit on the external tables close to the shop facade it smells like urinal

_I realy don't know what to say. This is one of the most expensive shops in Britain with price of the same products in supermarkets up by 70% in some cases. Of course they have some unique products but they still think if they cut corners no one will notice and unfortunately because of the above and the competition the business...

I like the organic nuts section where you get to buy loose nuts .. It has a fresh taste.. specially walnuts . However if you think all they sell is good .. you are deluded! Check and read the label of each item.. like any other feel good words .. “ ORGANIC” is being hi jacked by cooperations for marketing. Imagine you buy organic hempseed and it’s grown in China. Wise man advised me to stay away from food grown in China because the pollution has caused some food products to contain high toxin levels. Another good example : mushrooms. Well, in that case I will stay away from radioactive mushrooms from Japan to avoid the Fukushima’s toxic water!

I came across “ BUDDAH TEA” section in front of the cashier.. where they are literally selling a religious leader. The products include “Skinny BUDDAH “ , “Nirvana blend” and many other tea selling gimmicks using Buddhist sacred words. This is not acceptable .. imagine if they sell “skinny Jesus” or “Skinny Allah... “ there will be riots! I complain to the manager to consider removing this item from shop.. she did not care... ask me to contact the customer services department! I checked from where this tea come from... guess what .. it is made in America by a Jewish company under different Organic standards and the herbal tea is grown in America! I wonder how they register their business as “ BUDDAH TEA” .. can’t people stay away from religious leaders as a respect! They have Hijacked Buddhism for marketing their products !

I will not step into this shop again.... Well maybe to return the “ Buddhas...

I regularly visit my local Planet Organic branch in Muswell Hill to purchase supplements, nuts, and other health products. The staff are generally helpful and courteous, making each visit smooth and pleasant. However, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from one staff member in particular – Jyna. During my recent visit, I was looking for specific information about two supplements, and Jyna went above and beyond to assist me. She explained the products in detail, provided helpful recommendations, and answered my questions with impressive knowledge and professionalism. What stood out to me was the accuracy of the information she shared. I later did my own research and found that everything she told me was spot-on. Her expertise gave me confidence in my purchase, and her pleasant and professional manner made the experience even better. Thanks to Jyna, I feel even more encouraged to continue shopping at this branch. It's rare to come across such knowledgeable and genuinely helpful customer service – it truly made a difference. Highly...
