The store is very nice and the food is well presented and you can tell all the food is fresh and organic. But saying all that the food stuff is very expensive. Example I bought 4 doughnuts which cost just under ÂŁ16. A bag of organic nachos is ÂŁ4.50. A loaf of sourdough bread is ÂŁ5. So I bought 4 items which cost over ÂŁ30. Which goes to show why people will continue to eat unhealthy because eating well cost too much. I eat healthy but if I was to do my weekly shop at this store just for 1, I can easily say would cost between ÂŁ100-ÂŁ150.

🌳This supermarket is another hidden gem. I recommend this supermarket, because living in London it is often difficult to find reasonably priced organic groceries that also support small businesses (farmers) at the same time. The staff at Planet Organic are always happy to offer suggestions on new recipes and can also assist with holistic remedies to improving health. Another plus is that they open really early in the morning.

Ordered here from TooGoodToGo for the first time, not impressed with the food given. No variety, little given, and food was god awful - we really tried to give it a go but were left feeling sick! đŸ˜© We don’t expect foods to be 5 star rated as it tends to be the less popular food option/leftovers from the day given to TooGoodToGo, however other places in the surrounding area have much better quality and variety of food.

I really wanted to love this store. Initially it was decent and I really enjoyed the mix & match hot food counter. However, since the pandemic started this store went downhill in nearly every aspect. Whilst some of the staff are lovely and I know them well as a regular customer, the new hot food menu is absolutely terrible. They have removed the choice of mix & match and have preset menus with zero flexibility for dietary requirements. These preset menus are quite terrible, tasteless and often mismatched. I used to get my mum specific meals as she has stage 4 cancer and is limited with food choices. The staff used to be very kind and make adjustments, e.g serving a plain salad with cauliflower but recently they have sent her away rudely saying " we don't do this any more you can just have rice because it's a fixed menu" when they absolutely could have some compassion, especially as she's willing to pay the full price for less food. It seems common sense has gone out of the window entirely. I still shop here for some organic essentials, however would definitely shop elsewhere if the opportunity arose. I'm not sure if there's been a change of management because all the staff used to be lovely, but now there's an overriding sense of rudeness...

This morning we went in for coffee and an iced matcha latte. The server behind the counter gave us the wrong drink (put it on the counter right in front of us), even though the correct customer was standing on the opposite side of the counter waiting for it. My partner took a sip before we realised it wasn’t ours, and when we mentioned the mistake, the server told us, “You’ll have to pay for it then.” She then said she’d need to check with her manager to let us off. I stood and waited and when she came back she ignored me until I asked what she wanted to do, she said I could go.

Having worked in hospitality myself, I know that’s not the right way to handle that kind of situation, mistakes happen, the response makes all the difference. This was unnecessarily...

I want to give a huge shout-out to the fantastic Planet Organic QP team member, Chezelle! She is the go-to person for all beauty and food supplement advice and recommendations, and I can’t thank her enough! I’m really impressed by her knowledge.

For example, I had severe hand eczema and had tried every cream on the market—every single one! All it took for her was to recommend one cream, and voilà, I now have smooth and healthy hands!

Whenever I hear my fellow mom friends express any concerns about beauty supplements/products or vitamins, I always send them to Chezelle for honest and smart advice.

Thank you again, Chezelle! Planet Organic is lucky...
