āhorrifying experience , No assessment and a Professional Negligence.ā Went to this salon on Saturday for a hair color and keratin, no assessment was done, she put the color I told her Iām breastfeeding she said itās ok (the owner knew before I explained I wanted color and keratin and was breastfeeding), after she put the color she washed the hair then started to put the keratin on, immediately my scalp was burning I told the owner itās burning me she said Normal itās the color, after the blowdry it will be good , Finished everything, went home, on Monday morning my head started to swell (there are picture of what I looked like itās not me but it showed the face I had, knowing I'm still swollen) went to the hospital while telling to the salon what happened they put me in contact with the owner I asked her if I can come for a wash because I felt the product didnāt went she said yes went there and asked them about what happened and to show me the product they used they did and let me take pictures (I did many times keratin and also dyed my hair but it never happened before so I was confuse) Returned to the hospital the doctor kept me in there all night with conclusion of hair color allergy they even thought I did it my self , spoke to the owner trying to ask her what could happen, what went wrong (she didnāt even was sorry or said sorry for what happen to you at this time) until I found out by reading the back of the product they used on me, that she had to use it on me 48h for a test (PPD allergie a toxique substance used on dark color that 2% of the population is allergic to , some time without knowing so be ware the test is a must ) and also they had to wait 2 weeks before using any straitening treatment! Was shocked specially I told her it was burning , texted her WhatsApp and her salon the back of the color product and told her it was their responsibility I want a full refund and my husband will come and picked it up because I was complexed of what I looked. She told me I was treating her salon and asked me to only speak to her she said she will call the police (on me lol) so they witness, I said ok then I will press charges , she said she didnāt do anything and I will be making a mess for my self . Went there to her salon (and she knew the time that I was coming because I told her ) she told me to wait outside for 5minut which I did then noticed she was working, washing a client hair and even went to bowdry it , I asked her to come outside so we can talk she said she was busy and had clients and I had to wait for her to finish (lol) I went crazy I started shouting while she was ignoring me and working on her client gave me my money and told me to go away , she told me I left happy from her salon and she had never experienced that before so not her faute (no sorry no compassion nothing .) She took pictures of me while I was speaking without my concent!!! said she had a lawyer and no worries I left happy and a reaction of the product shouldāve been immediate she had time and money (as if I did her wrong ). she turned the tables on me as if I was at fault as if I did her wrong⦠humiliating having to be in that scene shouting and trying to explain my self to her while she is working on a client, lying to my face and kept asking the clients and her staff to enter a conversation that was only between us.
Told you in your face, will write it here as well you are a crazy heartless person . If been compassionate with me saying sorry for what happened having a bit of humanity understanding wouldāve made this situation different. You even lie of what was wrote by text ?????? And please erase my pictures from your phone that you took without my consent

I booked for a half head of highlights and cut and blow dry using a groupon voucher. My appointment was at 15.30 and I arrived early at 15.20. I wasn't greeted by anyone and had to go and find a staff member to say I had arrived.
After waiting 20mins I was told that I would have to wait an hour as they were running behind schedule. Not even an apology. Unfortunately I had an event that evening so I had to have my hair done or I would have walked out then and there (I should have!!).
Everyone in the salon had been waiting an hour. I was eventually seen at 17.30, two hours after my initial appointment! I was then told I would have to pay an extra £10 for my hair as it was long. I explained I had been waiting for over two hours and asked why they were charging this fee when I had waited that long, they said it was their policy and had been told to do so from the owner of the store. Such terrible greedy ownership. I wasn't offered a drink the whole time I was there and in the end went to a shop to get one.
The only good thing about the salon was the black lady who did my hair who was apologetic, and that was it. The hair was average and the colour didn't come out properly as it was rushed through.
It is a poor salon made even worse by their terrible organisation and customer skills. Only visit if you have a spare two plus hours to wait in a tiny salon with rude staff.
Reply to owner on 20/11/17: I am not racist at all and nor was that comment, which was actually complimenting that member of staff but I suppose you do not read feedback properly? She was the only good member of staff there!! I referred to her skin colour so you could identify her and praise her for apologising, but I suppose you would rather try and divert from your awful service by name calling your customers.
I have the receipts to prove I gave your awful salon £50 - again another poor example of your customer service that you respond to feedback so badly. I have made groupon aware of my concerns at your salon and will be sending them the receipts and your reply.
Other customers- be aware that this reply is an exact example of how staff will treat you if you try to complain. Please do not take your time and money here.

Unprofessional results. Rude and arrogant staff. 6+ hours in salon (mostly waiting) and left very unhappy with my hair. The ladies only room is just a curtain and the receptionist who is a male kept walking in and out!!! Very very rude and inconsiderate. I had an event to go to that night and everyone saw the mistakes and couldn't believe it. Supossed to get baylage done left with 3 different tones of blonde in my hair and a brown stripe right across all around the head. It was all around that I could not hide it and it was very obvious. Then the owner had the guts to charge me an absurd amount for it. When i expressed my disappointment with the results she got rude and told me my hair was terrible when I came... who says that to a customer??? And then told me to just leave because she knew they messed up but I Never received an apology. I ended up not paying I guess she thought I would keep my mouth shut. It's not about money. I would happily pay if they didn't ruin my hair. I Would not reccommend and would never go again.

I think you cannot handle criticism very well. Cctv will show you how unhappy I was with my hair and how defensive you got when i opened my mouth. It will also show you how patient i was and how long I had to wait around!!!!
I actually paid £49 not £39 the first time i came because you said my hair was long and there is a £10 surcharge. But on groupon it says past shoulder blade you will get charged a £10 surcharge. My hair at the time barely touched my shoulders. Maybe you need to learn the definition of past shoulder blade. You should be happy I paid for an undesirable result as no one else would.
Second time I came and my hair was ruined in so many ways. Uneven colour was the main issue. And you still expected me to pay for such a terrible job??? What do you consider free??? The terrible job you and your colleague did on my hair?? Your attitude is laughable.
If you treated your customers better and actually apologise for mistakes that have been made I would respect that more. You are far from honest yourself in so many ways. Be honest and admit to the mistakes...
