This is just a positive review for the staff at Harrow Branch. Thanks to Bomi and Monica, I learned of the superb offering in the monthly subscription and have subsequently told and had five friends sign up, my family pending as well. However, three Saturdays ago I didn't receive the QR code saying I were Good to Go, apparently it did not save my debit card account details on my Pret Profile after I set it up. Bizarrely, this was not resolved for over three weeks until today when Ewan from Customer Services decided to expedite the QR reissuing, find out how I can add my card again to my profile (on your side it says I don't have the account active because it does not allow me to click and type in my card details - even though as described, I added them immediately and alongside your staff in Harrow!) Monica, Vite, Bomi et Al the Harrow team have been polite, empathetic, courteous, efficient, excellent team members and an asset to Harrow Branch and to the wider Pret brand. So humble was one of them that she told me I need not write a form or Google review. Such humility has only made me write this more urgently because they deserve credit for their exceptional customer service within your company. Once my QR code arrives I will be able to convince more people with my positive personal experience of how great the offering is but also how superb the staff here are at resolving any problems. Excellent Pret A Manger branch! The staff provide excellent customer service and they are always professional. The queues are long but they are fast and efficient. The branch is really big and there is always a wide range of options especially vegan and vegetarian options. I had a breakfast Veggie Roll and a Skinny Hazelnut Mocha. The breakfast Veggie Roll is absolutely delicious and filling. Packed with tomatos, mushrooms and a nice soft omelette. I highly recommend the Skinny Hazelnut Mocha. It is really delicious. And 5 hot drinks a day at £20 a month? What an absolute bargain! You need to sign upto that. Social distancing measures are strictly in place and as the branch is rather big you can social distance easily. All staff are wearing PPE and are meeting all hygiene standards. The branch is a short walk from Harrow on the Hill Station and is conveniently located in a high street areas. Eventually, when all the shops open you can eat here whilst doing your shopping. However, Pret A Manger can be really expensive and there is a Greggs opposite which is much cheaper. Overall, I highly recommend this Pret A Manger...

Usually a very busy place. Better range of food than Costa or Starbucks, which are all close by. On my recent visit (September 2024) after many months, I noticed that the quality of their Halloumi wraps has gone downhill. I asked for an americano with a little bit of milk, but what I got was a lot of milk with a little bit of coffee in it. So I won't be returning in a hurry.

The location is very good as it's in a busy pedestrianised area of Harrow Town Centre. Parking is available in St George's and St Ann's multistorey car parks.

Frequently it's difficult to find a seat, especially close to lunchtime. The reason for this is that a big proportion of the tables are for seating a group of four people. However, the vast majority of the tables are just occupied by one or two most of the time. Many of these are people busy on their laptops for ages. So the remaining seats are wasted.
