Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

Very disappointed having been a regular visitor here for the past 4 years normally calling in if on a Friday between 10.30 pm and 10.45 pm always having a decaf cappucino this time I called in at 10.10 pm on Friday 8th july to be told by the male serving it was not possible as he had cleaned the decaf part. I went elsewhere and got a drink I passed by the same coffee shop at 10.50 pm the shop was still open . I can only assume the guy wanted to be away on time or he was not bothered about custom. The security guard came out and told me that I can't take my dog out for a walk, and that you can't pee in the street. I wasn't even on the store's property, so I felt like I was being assaulted. When I then notified the manager of this, I hope they take action, he asked my dog to stop peeing (as if he could), and told me that he should stay in the middle of the street where the cars pass and that the dog can only pee...

A good place to a quick coffee if you're in the area, but I wouldn't come out of my way to get here. It's a Pret, so it's a pretty standard coffee shop if you're used to the chain. However, this one is a little bit smaller so not only does it not have any seating inside, but it has significantly less food options and the place can feel rather cramped as the line can quickly get long for this one since it's in a pretty...
