These guys are the new owners. They are an amazing couple. They are just as nice and friendly as the previous owners. It's my nice little local coffee shop. I will be continuing to visit this place, and I recommend it. Why not try one of my favourites bueno, caramel, or a milkshake of your choice {made with real ice cream}, it's amazing. This is definitely my place to meet up with friends, for a catch-up and a latte, and now they have a new selection of cake. They have changed some of the pastries and cakes. I always come by to get an oat milk and sometimes pastries or sandwiches. The service is always friendly, relaxed and the drinks are made at a great quality, even during rush hours. I always have a great time talking to them and just spending either my mornings or my lunch breaks having a nice chat over an amazingly well made drink. I have nothing but great things to say about Principles Coffee House , always friendly, always providing the best possible service and they have the best drinks I have ever had from any coffee shop I’ve ever visited.

I work as a delivery driver for a supermarket. When working in hot temperatures we need to drink lots of water to keep hydrated. When you drink alot of water, you need to use the toilet often. We rely on business toilet facilities within the city as our vans do not have toilets in them. 99% of Cafés and Pubs we visit are more than happy to allow us to use their toilets without requiring a purchase. I'm sure their food and coffee is fine but the morality of denying anyone to go to the toilet in an empty coffee shop to be questionable. So in short, food and drinks looked good but the service...
