Roosters Piri Piri Croydon — Restaurant in London

I went to Roosters piri piri today and I must say this was the worst food experience I ever had in a restaurant like this.

Nothing to say aboutservice, its exceptional.

But I must say it's very odd to serve coke in a small coffee cups, with ice in it. So in practice you are served under 200ml drink and charged £1.79 for that. That's rediculously expensive. You Rob your customer in a daylight.

Chips was litteraly kids portions and chicken was hard as stone without any taste.

I ordered wrap with Mexican saus, and it had no taste at all, there was almost no saus in the wrap. And when asked for more saus in the wrap I was charged 50p. It doesn't stop there: hot saus was just like water mixed in chilli.

I was tolk that workers were instructed by head office to do that. How greedy can the management be?

Roosters Croydon used to be good place to eat, but sorry to say now its the worst place to eat I Croydon. Everybody can see through that management is trying to save money wherever they can. This way you will loose customer, and if you loose customer you will earn less and if you earn less you will try to save even more money, you see its a bad spiral which will eventually lead to destruction of roosters piri piri.

I placed a very large order for over 30 meals my staff and when the food arrived 3 meals we're missing, when I informed the restaurant they argued with me and refused to provide the missing meals that I had paid for.

Don't risk a delivery as if you don't get what you ordered you'll have wasted your money. we also found a hair in one of the wraps.

Ignore this response below... I didn't confirm I had received 10 bags, this man barley let me speak when I called to inform him of the missing food.

I hung up out of frustration because he insisted on talking over me, if he hadn't I would have had a chance to inform him about the hair.

I spent £300 on food today for my staff and he wouldn't accept that a wrap and a butterfly burger we're missing. Who would waste this much time trying to get some free chicken. 2 people went hungry while everyone else we're eating and I was trying to give this place a chance to make up for the mistake.

Visiting Croydon on business. Ended up stumbling across Roosters and could not fault them on anything!

Personally service is most priority and youd never meet anyone more friendly and welcoming. Im a fussy customer and they answered all my questions with a smile.

The lovely and tasteful food upheld the brilliant evening we had even more! None of our group are connoisseurs but theres always something that can be done better but here we couldnt pick anything out everything was in good proportion and tasted brilliant! Even down to the correct texture of the bap!!

The 2 lovely brothers on desk were an absolute pleasure to meet today and we will definitely be coming again soon :)
