The Cafe is clean and tidy. I ordered a coffee and cherry pie and custard. When the Cherry pie arrived it was drenched in custard, I had a feeling that they were trying to conceal the cherry pie. My suspicions proved correct when I tasted it. The cherry pie tasted off. When the waiter came over and asked me am I not eating my cherry pie I told him that it tasted off! Unfortunately the cafe is in a very depressing, run down part of east london that has seen better days. Read moreSimple food, served without fuss. Very pleasant. At lunch its not uncommon to find a group of workmen in yellow vests having an all day breakfast or a group of Mums with children. There are about 15 to 20 tables and seating is usually easy to find. Owner and staff are from eastern Europe and are very polite.
