We order from them quite regularly, but tonight 1h after placing the order the food still wasn't there. I tried to call the restaurant for almost 30min and had no answer. I then had to walk to the place (20min each way) to find out that they were closed. It is a thursday evening, I placed the order at 7pm! Whatever the reason for closing was it isn't complicated to put a message on your website, voicemail or even on your door! Now i have paid £25 for an order that I will never see, I had to order somewhere else and wait even more. This is a huge lack of respect for customers, we will never re-order from them and who knows if the money will ever be refunded!...

Read moreI´m very surprised to see all the positive reviews for this place. Having tried this a second time I have to say its not good. First time we went there we had a green curry which was passable but the pad thai was sticky and sweet. Thinking it may have been an off night we decided to try again a few months later. This time we had massaman and red curry which were honestly terrible. The massaman was inedible while the red curry was just spicy with none of the rich creaminess you want from it. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated and was chewy and dry. We love the orignal Rusty Bike in Mile End but will never go to this...
