Whether it's early morning espresso to wake oneself up, a brunch of porridge and turkey and egg bagels, a solid lunch of grilled toastie sandwiches or late night post dinner / cinema trip dessert, Bru in At George's, Harrow has you covered.

Just a quick summary with more details to follow for now. Their exceptional speed, friendly manner, desire to always go above and beyond as baristas and team members leaves a positive feeling when sitting inside or taking away, encouraging so many repeat customers. Some or them are from further afield and make a specific trip to Harrow just to sit back, relax, chill out and soak up the positive energy and familial, friendly vibes.

Now a local regular, myself, too. The managers Melinda, Nitin and GM/owner, Vikas, lead by examples always placing the customer journey and great service experience above all else. Never do you ordinarily see hospitality management pitch in and contribute as much as their peers and mates. Erika, Evi, Pratik, Anjali, Fyllénia, Bhavisha, Maggie all make pleasant first impressions, are highly skilled and efficient baristas plus are personable, empathetic, warm and act with kindness. Even in the face of some intense delivery drivers and arrogant customer stressors. They make Brü feel welcoming and homely, to everyone who steps through the doorway. Even when it's ten minutes before closing, at 10PM, on a Tuesday. There can be no higher compliment of a food and drinks outlet, than that.

Overall it's a 10/10 place to bring friends family and feel safe, or some new work mates, or just to chill, unwind and switch off from the outside world with a heartwarming drink and a good old book.

I felt important to attach this photo in the hope that Bru Coffee in Harrow will change its customer service approach which has had an adverse effect on me as I have been subjected to unacceptable mistreatment as a customer. The man whose photo I have attached claimed to be the manager and owner of the business. He approached me and asked to move away from my seat, even though I had not even sipped the tea I order. A typical 'greed for money characteristic' He angrily without being provoked said that he had people queuing up at the till and demanded to give up the seat for them without offering another space to sit. When I challenged him politely, he started insulting my parents and values in which I was brought up despite not having met him before (very judgemental and harassing). Insulting someone's parents and their values as this man did is utterly reprehensible. He carried on asking me to leave the premise if I were not to give up my seat for someone else which is not only illegitimate but offensive to say the least. His actions were not justified and left...

I have to give one star for the owner of the place. As the owner you should be experienced in customer serivce. The coffee shop has a loyalty programme, that allows you to redeem a free drink after buying 10 drinks with them. The owner redeemed the free drink from my loyalty card today without asking me first. He tried to give me serval sales pitches about how I come so often and I can collect easily again another free drink and how it is easy to collect stamps again (well it isnt the owner paying for my drinks right?) and just merely apologised for it. 0 customer service from the owner.

The owner did not offer an alternative or any form of compensation. I wasted a free drink offer on a cheaper drink, that I was saving up for another occassion when I wanted to try a more premium drink. Quite disappointed with the service of the owner.

The rest of the staff are amazing and always check in with the customers on their...

Pratik, the coffee genius Manager behind Bru, serves up some seriously amazing Coffee. The vibe here is totally professional, making it an awesome spot to get work done. The staff are super friendly and the location is absolutely great. If you're after a genuine coffee experience in a laid-back yet professional setting, Bru is your go-to. I work here for hours and the staff don't bother me at all. In fact, they are all Kind and Welcoming. Pratik is a very Cool and Genuine Guy, I see him in the morning, and we talk for some time. If you want to get some work done and enjoy coffee at the same time for hours on end, Take Bru into huge consideration. I can recommend highly to Friends and Family, Especially people who want to work for long periods of time.

I went to Bru to get my daughter a treat which is not often in these times. My order was takeaway, once home and presented it to my daughter she cried after opening the box because the cookies dough dessert was as all burnt around the edges and so she tried to eat the middle of the dessert, this was burnt too but covered up with choclate!! Not very good BRU!!! I rang the store to issue my complaint in a nice fashion as one does and I was greeted with a rude and ignorant response !! Not very nice BRU! £8.99 down the pan and a very very very upset child! I will not be visiting again! It does not meet the standards of the previous BRU that was in St George's center !! Rant over!!
