Their menu offers a great variety, and every item I’ve tried has been consistently top-quality. The prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the generous portions and tasty meals. Soooo slow. Staff need training to stop doing unnecessary things and to prioritise serving customers who are coming in. They’d closed off the seating area and someone was sweeping up in there, another 3 staff just standing around aimlessly in the kitchen taking ages to come and serve. No chicken was in the heater or anything, a delivery driver came in to collect an order that should’ve been ready for him by now and they hadn’t even started on it - told him it’ll take 15 mins to make the order. One person seems to be taking an order, making it from scratch and only when it’s done THEN taking the next persons order whilst the other 3 staff do pointless things. Why are you focusing on closing up and cleaning at 8pm when you’re open for another 5 hours...

This is THE worst customer service place ever. I went last night to order rice chicken. I bought two rice chickens and peri peri wings and burger as a takeaway. I got home thinking I’m enjoy this. I opened the packeges and see the order was completely different to what I’ve ordered. It was late and couldn’t go back to the takeaway place so I rang them. I spoke with a guy who didn’t even speak proper English and I’ve tried to explain to him my situation in lay terms and he was like I can’t do anything, complain to the manager and he just hanged up on me. I rang him back and he didn’t pick up. I have never left reviews like EVER, you can only imagine how this has made me feel. So I’m being robbed and so upset. I’m never eating from this...
