I recently visited Santo Remedio’s Marylebone branch for their newly launched Mexican brunch, and I honestly cannot stop raving about it. From the moment I walked in, everything about the experience was flawless starting with the incredible staff.

Service: The staff here deserve a special mention. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve, they made us feel so welcomed. Our server was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through the brunch menu with great enthusiasm, and made excellent wine pairing suggestions. The attention to detail and prompt service added such a personal touch it felt like we were being hosted at a friend’s home rather than dining at a restaurant.

Food: Now let’s talk about the food - WOW. Hands down the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had in London so far, and I’ve tried quite a few places. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with bold, authentic flavours: • Prawn Taco: Fresh, juicy prawns with the perfect amount of seasoning. The tortilla was soft and warm, with just the right amount of bite. A flavour bomb in every bite. • Mexican Eggs Royale: A luxurious twist on a brunch classic. The combination of smoked salmon, St. Ewes poached eggs, and jalapeƱo hollandaise on a perfectly toasted muffin was nothing short of divine. The hollandaise had a gentle kick that elevated the whole dish without overpowering it. • Dessert – Cinnamon BuƱuelos with Dark Chocolate Mousse & Berry Compote: Light, crispy, warm buƱuelos dusted with cinnamon sugar served with a rich and silky mousse and a fresh berry compote an absolutely heavenly way to end the meal.

Drinks: I paired my brunch with a glass of Friulano white wine by Antonutti ( crisp, aromatic ) and an excellent match for the rich and spicy notes of the meal.

Ambience: The Marylebone location is vibrant and stylish yet cosy, with a modern touch that still pays homage to Mexican culture. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed weekend brunch or a catch-up with friends.

Overall: Santo Remedio has truly raised the bar with this brunch. The quality, creativity, and authenticity of the food combined with the exceptional service make it a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be bringing more people with me next time!

🌟 An Unforgettable Dining Experience – A True Gem in Town! 🌟

From the moment you step through the door, you know you’re in for something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, with soft lighting, tasteful dĆ©cor, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and savor every moment.

But what truly sets this restaurant apart isn’t just the exceptional cuisine — though every dish is a masterpiece — it’s the people. And at the heart of it all is Denva, the legendary maĆ®tre d’ who has become nothing short of a local icon.

Denva doesn’t just greet you — he welcomes you like an old friend coming home. His charm, professionalism, and uncanny ability to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room is second to none. He knows exactly how to read the room, match the mood, and elevate your evening in ways you didn’t even know you needed.

Whether you’re a first-time diner or a regular, Denva remembers your name, your preferences, and somehow always manages to exceed expectations. He’s the soul of the service here — the kind of presence that turns a great meal into a memorable experience. Truly, the town is lucky to have him.

As for the food? Impeccable. Creative yet comforting, every bite sings with flavor. From the starters to the desserts, each plate is crafted with passion and presented with flair. The wine list is extensive, and staff recommendations are always spot-on — again, thanks to Denva’s expert curation.

If you’re looking for an evening that goes beyond great food and into the realm of the extraordinary, this is the place. Ask for Denva. Trust me — he’s a legend...

New kid on the Block, Santo Remedio has landed at Marylebone Village. This mexican Cantina & Casona recreates a lip smacking culinary experience, exuberant and generous down to the last chili.

On the table, first comes first, zingy mezcalitos are the perfect match for the three salsa dips, the morita is moorish and my personal favourite. Succulent sashimi grade tuna taco and a kick of fresh Jalapeno is made to order to preserve the texture of the tuna. Bravo! The star of the show though, is the Ancho pepper stuffed with lamb shoulder barbacoa, smoky , sweet and unctuous delight, a hint of lime sour cream lifts this signature dish.Traditional black beans stew and avocado leaf, a simply delicious vegetarian option. The Baja fish & crunchy slaw is a palate cleanser, a rest stop for my taste buds. Showcasing versatility and sustainability the West Country Venison & Pecorino corn tortilla pairs beautifully with Nebbiolo L.A. Cetto, Baja California.

Santo Remedio servings are generous so are the smiles of the Team when they welcome you inside. I recommend five savoury dishes for two people and if you are like me, reluctant to choose one out of the three desserts , order them all! the Cinnamon Wheel is a cracking dessert literally. The pineapple & coconut granita is tropical and refreshing and the Dulce de leche & creme fraiche tart were executed with precision by the hand of a superb Pastry Chef behind the scenes. It's my lucky day!

But you don't have to trust a word I said, just book a table and find out for yourself before there is not a...

We had a positive experience at Santo Remedio Marylebone. We sat outside, which was perfect for a sunny day and great for people-watching. The presentation of every dish was on point, and the flavors did not disappoint. The Elote (Mexican street corn) was a standout—smoky, creamy, and topped with just the right amount of cheese and herbs. The plantains with crema and cheese were indulgent and perfectly cooked. We also loved the tuna tostadas. To drink, the Coconut Margarita was beautifully presented with a toasted rim and edible flower—it tasted as good as it looked. The virgin coconut margarita was also refreshing and well balanced. Service was smooth and friendly, and while the price is on the higher end (our bill came to just over Ā£92 for two), the quality, ambiance, and overall vibe made it worth it. Great spot for a relaxed lunch date or weekend treat. Highly recommend if you're looking for elevated Mexican cuisine in a chic yet relaxed London setting.
