Selekt Chicken — Restaurant in London

Hi I really like this shop’s burgers but now the chips are getting harder not fresh like before. The reason I am going to give two star today is that, today 12/10/20 3:20 Pm, when I went to collect my burgers two Afghan workers were there, one of them( skinny )tried to flirt by asking several times whether I am Afghan or Arab. Though I was refusing to answer cause it is not part of serving food, he keeps asking the same questions again and again and talking with different language to make sure what language do I speak. The other worker told him no she is Afghan without knowing my ethnicity. His job was to remind his colleague that it’s not part of his job to ask these personal questions. I want to complain about them As they don’t know how to serve the customer. The other day, the skinny guy gave wrong money and didn’t know how much was the price of the meal. The food tastes ok-ish, but it's not really what you will expect. I ordered 6 Selects, and they were as thick as my small and middle finger. The chips (french fries) were thin and dry, and in the entire place they had only one bottle of ketchup and garlic sauce (very liquid) on a table for all customers that were eating in (quite cheap on some sauces). The menu was £5.99, but i'd recommend going to Mcdonald's if you want chicken and not just the batter with traces of chicken. Plus, the lady at the counter needs to learn to speak properly english because i hardly understood her, and she didn't understand what i asked for (she screwed up my order), and after i paid, she jumped on the next customer without making sure i was done with her or giving me a receipt. Awful service! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a load of food via Just Eat and when the food was finally delivered much of what I ordered was missing and replaced with items of THEIR choice. I phoned the restaurant to ask what happened and a rude guy answered and was just like sorry we don’t have that and we didn’t have that. I wasn’t informed and asked what I would like instead but was just sent extra chips to replace my corn on the cob and spices of their choice because the ones I wanted were not available and extra fizzy drinks that I didn’t ask for or want. What a disaster and they completely ruined my Friday night takeaway. The customer service is very poor and many reviews also confirm this. Save your money because the food was not...
