I recently had an unfortunate experience at RFC that left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of their food. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the issues I encountered with the pizza I ordered overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. To my dismay, I discovered a bone in my pizza, which was not only unpleasant but also a potential health hazard. Finding such an unexpected and unwelcome surprise in my meal was highly disappointing and raised concerns about the overall food preparation and quality control at RFC. Furthermore, the pizza itself lacked the promised amount of chicken toppings. It was evident that the toppings were sparse, resulting in a lackluster and unfulfilling dining experience. The combination of the bone and the insufficient toppings left me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the overall hygiene and attention to detail in the kitchen. While I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff, I cannot overlook the subpar quality of the food. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when the people serving you are pleasant and accommodating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering anything from RFC The potential health risks associated with finding a bone in the pizza, coupled with the lack of toppings, indicate a lack of quality control and attention to customer satisfaction. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I recently visited RFC Express and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered a classic margherita pizza, expecting a simple yet delicious meal. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but.

First, the crust was burnt and incredibly tough to chew. It felt like I was eating cardboard. The sauce was overly salty and tasted like it came straight out of a can with no effort to improve its flavor. The cheese was sparse and of poor quality, barely melted and rubbery.

Moreover, the pizza arrived lukewarm, indicating that it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the overall presentation was unappetizing.

To top it off, the staff was unfriendly and inattentive. When I voiced my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies. The lack of customer service only added to the negative experience.

I strongly recommend avoiding RFC Express. Save your money and time by choosing a different place that actually cares about the quality of their food and...

Normally I don’t trust chicken shops, but this one has my heart, I ordered a chicken burger, with 5 piece of grilled chicken with additional fries and the taste of the chicken was absolutely mouth watering and excellent, it’s something that I have never tasted before the chicken had the tastiest texture and in my opinion adding a little bit of mayonnaise makes it even better, the chicken burger is also amazing, the lettuce gives it a nice crunch and the chicken is perfectly seasoned, it’s something magical and better than McDonald’s, now the fries aren’t anything special but are also really good with salt and mayonnaise, I still purchase fries from here to make grilled fry sandwitches for parties, I told my best friend about this place and now she is a weekly customer and says their chicken wings and pizza are marvelous, which I agree, the staff always welcomes customers with a big smile on their face, they are really friendly and if you are lucky enough you can even have a nice convo if your the only one in the chicken shop, keep up...
