I have recently written a 2 star review and I feel I must come back and right a wrong. as a reviewer I feel it is your responsibility to visit the place you are reviewing more than once especially if it falls under the service industry sector. I myself have worked within this industry for over 20 years. And I know all too well you can have very bad days from coffee machines blowing up, to tills going down, credit card machines not working. But service must go on to the best you can. With this is mind I've been back to Soho more than one occasion and I can wholeheartedly say Soho coffee does the best coffee in Swiss cottage as I have tried every other coffee outlet not only that they have a wide range of healthy food options from the grab and go fridge. And a great selection of food if you want to eat in. On every visit since my poor review I have been met with big smiles very quick service, great coffee and a wish of a good day. The food menu includes toasties, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, wraps, salads and cakes. Vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
The surrounding area offers alternatives. Independent coffee shops including Barista and Loft Coffee Company and chains including Pret, Starbucks, Cafe...

For example, a guy served me a soup with buttered bread (real brown bread, toasted), then a different guy a week after served me the same soup but the pot was halfway empty and no butter at all on an industrial bread slice. Anyway, the quality of the fresh food at the counter is good, especially the soups, but the sandwiches in the fridge are not amazing. They are quite dry and almost tasteless. For sure all the cakes and croissants they have...
