Spice Hut Roman Road Market side — Restaurant in London

Placed an order on 22.12.2021 through Uber eats, ordered for five peoples but lamb tikka biriyani worth £9.80 was missing from a £40 order, that’s like 25% of the whole order, rang the restaurant straight away but the guy wasn’t helpful at all, he was saying in Bengali that their chef cooked the biriyani and asked me to look for it! I’m like I wouldn’t be calling if I had the food, he goes we don’t know what happened and reluctantly was saying that their chef cooked the biriyani, it’s like I’m lying, he said that they can’t do anything and next time you order call us so we will give you an extra biriyani, after this I wouldn’t order again. very unprofessional people, avoid, thieves, ruined my...

Imagine being known as the joint to mess up your order for sure. For a place with sub standard quality food and the worlds most incompetent and rude staff, they should pipe down a little!

I seen the owner, sincere humble man of customer service. To have a punk like that run the face of ur business is a disgrace to the spice hut brand…who, if you are an original spice hutter, u will know it was their service that made them Stand out.

For a fast food restaurant it's okish.

The only item I'll order from spice hut is their lamb/chicken döner as it's actually pretty decent compared to other shops. However, I'm not really fan of their wings, chicken pieces, or chips as they are very oily, have a terrible coating/breading, and just taste really bad to me.
