Or my days careful from this stingy unprofessional staff who is running this business my first impression I should have known that time they said they not accepting card as the card machine is down obviously they not busy so wanted cash instead fine but it’s doesn’t ends the I ordered like 15 pounds worth of food I asked like for some sauces as I was dining inside my days this stingy unprofessional staff needs serious attention he goes he can’t give no sauces quick to take money but not providing proper customer service the owner really needs to invest his time in this shop if he really wants it to be successful if this staff are the owner they seriously needs help no wonder they had no customers they should have said it earlier when I ordered no sauces I wouldn’t even bother then I have asked can I charge my phone as I was in low battery apparently it’s not allowed I would have walked out if I wasn’t with family embarrassing people who is running the business My days then he started talking about nhs card that he works for royal London hospital like it’s my problem where he works tried to say I’m using someone else’s id is he stupid I guess he is who will give they id out I was just listening and wondering how unprofessional he is well if you guys want to give them stingy people some business becareful as you will waste your money you rather go to other branches the is 1 in Mile End least you get some...

I was really hungry and decided to stop off at this shop to get some food. I ordered some wings along with a loaded fries which comes with some home sauce, garnishes and chicken.

Whilst the lady was putting the fries into the box, I kindly asked her to add some extra seasoning powder and sauce. She said ok but didn’t do it.

After a few mins when she was packing the food, I opened the box and saw she didn’t do as I asked, so once again I simply asked her to please add some more sauce on the fries or if I can pay extra for a tub.

The lady said no I can’t give you extra sauce on the fries or separately as we don’t do this and we have ‘portion control’. I was bemused and asked to speak to the manager, who also said the same thing and refused me some extra sauce.

I am shocked in the way the staff members dealt with my query. It’s only sauce, it costs pennies in the grand scheme or things, and I offered to pay for it as well.

@the owners - why do you employ such people who don’t care about customer service? Or maybe it’s been told to them from yourselves, who knows, but this is defo not the way to deal with customers.

You should win customers over and go the extra mile, rather than go backwards and be cheap!
