St. Anna — Restaurant in London

It was my first time approach that area, I had a meeting that day with my team and had a coffee there before started. Staff seems rude to the foreign customers, Basically she totally ignored me when I came in even I said greetings, after ordering the food and stuffs, she took all food and things to anyone else but me, I had to collect myself…and after finished I was trying to say goodbye and things and get totally ignored once again….Again, it’s not end of the world, I’m here to enjoy my coffee, not look at your attitude and moods, I don’t know what’s her name, please be more professional and stop racist and judge people from over the world, it’s 2023, well, will never come back ever again, will not recommend to any of my friends...

I received really cold and unfriendly service. I ordered the coffee and pastry deal which was advertised outside as £5. I wanted non dairy milk which is an extra 50p but I was charged £6 in total. I wouldn’t mind if it was good but I couldn’t taste any coffee in my mocha and the pain au chocolat tasted the same as what I could get in a supermarket for a fraction of the price.

Maybe the barista Lala only gives a warm welcome to customers who look a certain way and doesn’t want others types of customers so acts quite hostile - it was almost as if she didn’t want to serve me. I was only in there for a few minutes as I was on my way to church but I felt very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me so I definitely won’t be back or...

My plan was to have breakfast each day in one place, but the service, atmosphere and quality of the food is so good that I decided to go therr every day of my stay. I have never felt so welcomed. I would like to thank Maya who is very kind and attentive person and the other attendant too. I also like to thank the Spanish attendant who helped me on the first day by giving me wi-fi so i could contact the operator of my SIM card which had a problem. Returning to Europe next year I'll stop by London just to have a good hot chocolate and a delicious croissant at this café. I wish...
