Starbucks Coffee, Platform 13 & 14 — Restaurant in London

I attempted to use a SSP Colleague discount card at this store, and when it was swiped, i was told it didn’t work, and that anything I say or do wouldn’t prove I worked for the company, offered to show my payslip and still got told that I must not be working for the company and the card was old, I am also entitled to a blue light discount as I am a key worker and when I asked if I could do this instead I was told no. It felt as if the server thought I was trying to be fraudulent, when this is infact not the case.

My server was Robbert.

The other baristas were lovely as they agreed to make a custom beverage. I did not purchase here.

I come to this Starbucks 3 times a week to get my coffee as I take the train from same platform to work. This Starbucks is worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff doesn’t know how to make coffee and the service is absolutely worst I’ve been experienced. I’ve been much busier locations and but this location today 3 staff doing nothing and when it comes to pay the tills are not working. They’ve made me wait over 15 min and at the end tills was still not working so I couldn’t get my drink. No apolies or nothing. I wanted to get coffee and collect my points but the lady who was working on Sunday around 8am was rude and angry towards customers. When I showed her my phone for my club card she was yelling and asking for my initial if you scan the card you don’t need the initial. It was really early in the morning she was really rude to the customers who was in the queue front of me. Definitely avoid! this location. If your location doesn’t have the facilities or you don’t know how to put it through just let your customers know or write sign saying it. Honestly really bad experience...
