This old lady shouted at me for asking her to serve me a warm croissant I paid for . They served the croissant FROZEN . She didnât even ask if she can heat it for me . The other lady made me make 2 payments . One of my large caramel macchiato and then told me the machine doesnât work so I have to redo another payment for the croissant . I got no refund for the frozen croissant. I order it in the morning hoping to bite into a fresh croissant and it is FROZEN ?!!! What are you guys serving . I will not be back because she shouted at me and told me once I bit into it she canât warm it up . Also when I made my order for my large macchiato they did not even know how to make it . The girl told her to put 5 vanilla shots in and then she messed it up and had to make another one and actually put coffee in it this time . I am a use spender at Starbucks but this was just a horrible experience. Please train your staff better in customer services and hospitality. I did not raise my voice or rude. They hurt my feelings so bad I walked out without a refund or croissant. I also donât eat much for breakfast so when I see a Starbucks I always order and not once was it cold . She told me at all Starbucks they serve cold croissants . Worst breakfast...
   Read moreI got off the train and tried to purchase a oat chai latte but mistakenly selected the wrong store. Upon realising this there was no option to cancel the order. I spoke to the male attendant who wouldn't assist me I ordered a fresh drink and asked the attendant to update my rewards card the attendant said he couldn't update the card because it needed to be done before placing the order. Again there is no signage or notification within the app that points this out. At this point I said I nolonger wanted the tea I'd like a refund. The attendant proceeded to hold on to the barcode scanner and say the scanner was not working. And asked me why did I order the tea. I stated that am nolonger interested in the tea id like a refund. the attendant then began to tell me he can't refund me the full amount because where the drink is 4.95 the.cup was 5p. Very disappointed in the service I received at this outlet....

When I was ordering the girl at the till looked annoyed for reasons unknown to me. The other girl came and started interfering at the till and added products without informing me, I ordered 3 grande drinks,the barista made 1 grande and 2 tall drinks? When handed to me she walked away looking guilty almost trying to see if she could get away with it. When I informed the girl at the till that it was the wrong size the other barista was looking at me through the door with a bad expression on her face and they remade, the drinks were nice.
