Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in London

Just had a bad experience at this Starbucks the man making my hot chocolate was rude for now reason. Sometimes little things make a difference, I usually ask to make my drink extra strong and I forgot to mention it to the till person so I asked the chap, body language and facial reaction said everything and whilst telling me off you need to say it at the start...oops we are human we forget things, he had not finished making the hot drink and all he had to do was added 2 squirts of chocolate. It wasn't that busy wha it the fuss about.

Small things make customers happy, how much does it cost to smile? How much does it cost to add two extra squirts of chocolate to make a customer happy?

I hope someone speak to this gentlemen aged around 50 and has...

I've never got a good vibe from this Starbucks but this time I had to write a review. My click-and-collect order wasn't even noticed, the lady was cleaning on the floor when I asked her if I was waiting in the right place for click-and-collect.

She said "have you ordered" (which I thought was a silly question because otherwise why would I ask??) and then she went to check.

She apologised - to her credit - but then started making my drink without washing her hands!

She rushed it so much that she basically dumped it in a cup and handed it over, unfortunately it had no foam at all (I'd ordered a caffe latte) so I asked them to remake it, which they did begrudgingly.

The staff are just cold and unfriendly here, and it turns out they can't make...

These guys are always on point !! Literally always get my drink spot on. By far my favourite Starbucks to visit. And I work in the city !!!! We all know how many Starbucks are there lol 😂 whether I go in person - or order via Uber eats (which is a lot these days coz I’m home with the baby) they always follow my instructions with a smile and get it right every time. Ive Never been disappointed. So thankyou so much guys !!! Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep up the good work! Much appreciated from this tired mamma!! Oh and thankyou for always giving my 2.5 year old daughter her babychino on Sundays with my hubbie lol.
