I’m a builder. I had a very hard n’ long day at work yesterday and needed a decent breakfast. My normal cafe was shut for refurbishment. So I went looking, which isn’t easy these days. I found this cafe and ordered a set 4 with bubble and a tea. The cafe, table and the toilet was spotlessly clean. The service was faultless. The tea was served in a large clean unchipped mug with matching saucer. The breakfast arrived and it was perfect. The black pudding was cooked to perfection as was the bacon and the sausage was exquisite. The beans was served in a separate dish so that you chose where to put them. This breakfast was pretty much perfect and now sits amongst my top 2. No1 cafe is no longer in business and lives in my breakfast dreamworld. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve never been here before and don’t know the people working there but It’s my first choice from now on and I live...

A 9am Thursday Breakfast visit. I found the restraunt quieter than I'd expected. With ample comfortable and spacious seating. There were a few outdoor seats. Which given the neglect of the British summer were unsurprisingly unoccupied. It looked a perfect spot should the weather have been kinder.

The restraunt provides table service. Which was prompt, polite and efficient.

The menu displayed a typical breakfast and lunch menu with a typical price structure.

The breakfast was served fresh, hot and tasty. As a minor point, and in my opinion. The toast would have benefited from a more generous application of spread, maybe even butter.
