Horrible customer service. The lady im going to assume is the team leader is rude and unfit to work customer service. There was an incident in which one of the staff members gave me the wrong change, i had noticed this the night of the incident and was only able to go to the store the next day. I explained the situation initially to this lady whose response was to ask in a condescending tone why i hadn't checked the change before leaving the store. Now, i work a retail job myself and I'm aware that the tills are counted before closing daily so it would've been easy to verify my story by simply checking if the till had a surpluss of money, though they informed me.that their policy was that the customer needs to check the change before leaving the store which is certainly unheard of in a store of Subway's type. Yet, it is not necessarily the money that bothers me, i wasn't expecting to get it back eitherways, the issue is the way the staff went about resolving the issue. There is no need to act condescending and roll your eyes at a paying customer, especially when i hadn't been confrontational or rude through explaining the situation. The lady in particular was extra rude, not only was the initial interaction negative, she then procedeed to serve me and i asked for a cheese toastie, she must've miss heard and served me beef and cheese, when i saw her placing beef in my sandwich i reinforced that i only wanted cheese as I don't eat beef and she kissed her teeth at me for her mistake, as if i had changed the order last minute which i certainly hadn't done but even if i had, it is still their job to serve the customer and not kiss their teeth at them. That is so incredibly inappropriate and rude. She clearly was unhappy to serve me and exhibiting frustrations at me that were a result of her actions. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable to a paying customer that through the entire situation maintained calm and politiness. I will be avoiding eating from this particular branch of Subway from now on, as the customer service experience itself has left a rather sour taste...

Walked in around 4.45pm to make a small order (footlong bmt) only to get told that she is cleaning and I'd have to wait 15 minutes to get served which was quite inappropriate already but I just quietly accepted it and waited patiently. By the way she also said the same to another 2 customers a mother and her daughter but they didn't have the time to wait and so that was 2 customers lost also. (For the Subway hierarchy). So once she started preparing my food, another customer had walked in and ordered a 6 inch sub and paid for her food and started eating it before I even got the chance to pay for my food. Yeah that was the point I stopped being quiet and questioned the lady on everything from start to finish but all she could come up with is 'ok'. No apology whatsoever. So I left with a bottle of sprite as an apology. I wouldn't have taken it if only she had said sorry. She seemed to have too big of an ego and an appalling attitude. Anyways I will definitely not be returning to this Subway store ever again the customer service is absolutely terrible I wont go in to what happened on another...

I ordered today via Just Eat Footlong subways. When both of the subway came they were drenched with the sauce instead of drizzling the sauce in the sub, They were soaked with the sauce..
Bread was breaking it wasn't fresh at all.
I have reported to Just Eat as well and demanded full refund.
Not only that SUBWAY should investigate this branch and give some training to the staff how to make sandwiches. Very importantly how to treat customer who are spending there money in this subway franchise.
Looks like someone opened it and totally forgot how to run the business. Every single customer who buys there sandwich gets disappointed thats why they hardly got any 5 star review..
