Subway — Restaurant in London

Rubbish packing and very messy presentation. My colleague was served by Divya and rapped my subway in such a way everything is falling out. This never happened before. I have bought the same sandwich last time and it was not this messy. Can someone tell me what went wrong. This was not cut properly as well. Can you do something about this as this is unacceptable. Some kind of cpd is required urgently as if this has happened to me, it might have happened to other people. I understand when you have a question your under pressure but presentation plays a vital role no matter how busy you are.

Can someone get back to me with regards to this. I have to know spoon everything back into the sandwich and eat it as it is I have sent a picture please discard of the eaten sandwich as I don't have enough time to write the review and eat. The customer service was just atrocious, the lady with the big eyebrows, didnt say hello or infact actually barely said anything throughout my entire order. Looked like she just wanted to go home and not be there. I get you can have bad days but you work with customers, you have to out more effort into serving us and make our experience more enjoyable. Ive never experienced such bad customer service in my whole entire life. No Please, thank you, which salad would you like , no nothing . She just looked at me expecting me to know what she is asking. She had the worst attitude I ever encountered from someone who was supposed to give me a services. Honestly. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want an enjoyable experience. Absolutely disgusting branch of Subway. It’s closed at the moment, and I hope it stays that way?! The latest comments by other people are spot on. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from here. And I agree with the guy below. The service was rude and atrocious. And the sandwich wasn’t much better either! They even stopped serving me to serve two feral hoodies who had swaggered in. And to stop being intimidated, they stopped serving me. Then they were rude about the sandwich fillings and what I could have. Obviously a power thing they get off on?! If it does reopen, I hope it’s with nicer staff and management?
