Subway — Restaurant in London

Everything in the branch was fine, but the sandwich artist I saw was cutting corners. I asked for a Chicken Tikka Footlong, but I see my Sandwich Artist sprinkle the protein on instead of using a scoop like they usually do. I confronted him, and he said it is equivalent to 2 scoops. I took his word for it and went home to try to feel that I could taste my salad and sauce much more on one half of the split-6-inch. It doesn't help either that the branch charges £8.69 for the sandwich. I don't know whether it was just that specific Artist who only does this, but there was another worker watching him and he did nothing about it. Poor Customer Service – Subway Ilford (30/01 at 2:30 PM)

Disappointing service I received at your Ilford branch today (30th January) at approximately 2:30 PM.

A female staff member, whom I will not name was extremely rude and dismissive. She ignored my request, displayed a poor attitude, and even slammed the ingredients onto the baguette in an unprofessional manner. Her behavior was not only unpleasant but also fell far below the standard of customer service I would expect from Subway.

I believe customer service and professionalism are crucial in any food establishment, and this experience left a very negative impression. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure staff are properly trained in customer service and respectful...

Not one to complain - Yeah they get the job done but their customer service is terrible, they're not welcoming at all... not even a smile. I just feel awks when I'm there. I also heard the customer next to me kindly ask if the staff member could start her sandwich again (she only just started making it) as she was a vegetarian and the member of staff was touching meat to make her partners sandwich then using the same gloves to make hers.
