Stay away from this shop this is one of the worst Kebab Shop experiences I had. I work as a Driving Instructor and I went in there to today at 730pm to get some food( lahmacun) I ordered 4 lahmacune. The guy took the order and I paid the money. I told him to put little bit lettuces on one of them. He then turned around and said he won't give any salad. I have to pay extra for it. I told him why didn't you tell me that before because normally when I buy this kind of food they gave salad with it. I said to him just for a little bit only on my student food, he said he will speak to his manager and came back then he said to me he's not gonna put salad on my one because this one is a special offer and it doesn't come with salad. I said ok and I was just talking to him normally and told him I work as a instructor and you know I go to different places and usually if there's a little bit of salad, they just give it and also I didn't know that it doesn't come without salad, if I knew that, I would've just paid for the salad. There was another girl on the counter who was ordering and I was talking to him at the same time so I told him it was fine if you don't want to give salad just put the sauce on and just give it. Suddenly he went mad at me and said you are making me crazy And he threw the wrap on the table and was acting so aggressive like he wanted to fight with me. I told him just calm down if you don't want to put salad is fine. I told his colleague just give me the Wrap I didn't say I'm not gonna take it. I just took my food and walked out. I realise that for him to be that aggressive I found that very immature and realised that I know I don't want to fight over something small as that. He could've done two thing put a little bit lettuce in one of them or he could've just said to me sorry I'm not gonna put the salad simple. For him to be that aggressive and wanted to like wana fight I found that shocking and as an instructor I feel like that I should write this to let people know so that they can be aware of this place. I have been there before once and they gave old Shawarma which I found hard to eat, but I didn't say anything but for this guy to be behave like that with customers, I feel like people have to know this for their safety.(this was the tall stuff member by the way) he tries to intimidate you, Because he's tall and I found that...
Read moreLocal Turkish kebab shop with a good grill section. It’s not often I recommend kebab restaurants on the basis of their salad but Sultan Grill has a good salad bar. Not only do they have the standard lettuce, red cabbage and pickle options but they have black and green olives, jalapeño chilies, spiced onions and tomato and chili pepper mix. Also their chili sauce is a high level of spicy. It definitely raises the quality of the food and makes for a refreshing addition to what is already a good local kebab. I had the lahmachun, which isn’t made from scratch but has the all important crispy texture. The restaurant serves rice and grilled meats alongside pizzas and the standard burgers and Kebab stuff, but, that salad, be sure to ask boss man to give you a generous amount of salad and...

I had the worst dining experience at this place. The chicken kebab was clearly stored in a bemar for far too long—it was hard, old, and definitely not fresh. The meat was dry and tough, a clear sign it had been sitting around. When I raised the issue, they didn’t offer any alternative, just the same dish again, which I didn’t even want to try anymore.
My colleague ordered the same dish and had the exact same problem. They took a replacement, but unsurprisingly, it was just as bad.
This place serves stale food, offers no real solutions, and doesn’t care about the quality of their meals. Worst kebab I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and...
