Crystal Cafe London — Restaurant in London

I used to be a big fan but they take your breath order and just don’t really pay attention. They ask again and again what you ordered to send you home with something else. When they ask you it’s kinda rude too like it’s your job to take your own order. I think customer service needs some work. I think writing orders on paper isn’t working, they got my order and my sauces wrong. Even though they rudely asked me to clarify 5 times. Unfortunate as it was my regular but will not be anymore.
