I’m not from around London but the few times I do come there is always a problem with the tea jelly :((. Not a problem though, as the amazing hospitality and suggestions make up for it. I think I'm addicted. Love the drinks and the choices you can make to customise your own drink however you want it. What I also like about T4, that you can do the same customisation on Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Other bubble tea companies may not have the same options, to adjust how hot or how icy. And how much sugar. My only criticism is I like my tea hot, which you can get in the shop. Brought a couple of drinks from here over the last couple of weeks.

Enjoyed the panda milk tea as well as the grass jelly milk tea(don't be put off by the name) but personally didn't like the taro one(even though its quite popular). The oreo potted one just tasted like oreos and milk with a slight taste of tea so probably won't buy it again for that price but tasted delicious anyhow.
