Fantasia Grill House — Restaurant in London

My bag was stolen in this restaurant!!!! With all my travel and personal documents, phone, passports. Terrible experience and very rude people. Look at what they are saying to me after all my troubles I had, it took 2 months to reissue all my documents and credit cards. Very rude people and below is what happened that night at this place:

Stealling my stuff was so professional. They swapped my green, triangle bag to brown bag. New bad was full of some strange things without any personal stuff inside, just a jeans jacket. I was in my business clothes, jacket and bag wasn't mine. No any document, valet, keys in that bag. I came with my bag to the restaurant and checked all my stuff before we ordered dinner. All was there before dinner is served. I went to restroom to wash my hands and I left my stuff on chair. I was with my colleague who was on her phone. That was a moment when someone took my bag and left some other bag. There was group of two guys and one girl two table from us, they were gone when I was back from restroom. Owner tried to convince me that I swap my bag in the place I was before but I didn't leave my bag out of my even for a moment. It was museum, daytime and no place to leave your stuff. Owner was not helpful since he didn't want to call police himself, he gave us phone number. We were roaming. Be careful when you come here and keep your eyes on your stuff, we think it's all organised here and that tourists are tipped to be mugged. We left restaurant around 111pm, and my stolen credit card was tried to be used at ATM LUL TICKET MACHINE EDGWARE RD in 10:28pm, just 5min walking distance from restaurant, I have proof for this to attach. Very disappointing. Run down, very very dirty like the tables hadn't even been wiped down fron the night previously and food was vastly overpriced ( £82 for steak and a handful of chips x2 ) 2 cans of coke and 1 alcoholic drink. Come home to a stomach ache now. I won't be returning and don't know anyone in the right mind that would. I should have walked out when I saw how dirty it was but thought maybe the food would make up for it..... i was very wrong.

Edit in response from the owner - clean you say? Your toilet was filthy and quite literally falling apart! The windows where so dirty you could hardly see through them and the tables where sticky ( employ a cleaner ) or sack your current one. Also you say the prices where on the menu, yes this is true but I was expecting an adult portion not a 2 years old child's. I also was not expecting a stomach ache after ( I noticed how you choose to ignore that part ). Yes we didn't complain as we wanted out of that absolute dump ASAP!! Thanks we did enjoy our anniversary..... we laughed at how badly we where tricked into thinking this was a nice place going by your very outdated photos..... anything else to say or would you like me to carry on as...

We dined here today as a group of four and were absolutely delighted! The food was freshly prepared in the open kitchen, making it not only a delicious meal but also a fantastic experience. The quality and attention to detail in every dish completely won us over.

What impressed us the most was the service provided by a truly charming and attentive woman. She managed the entire service with such ease and grace, making sure we felt completely at home. At the same time, she effortlessly handled the preparation of food and drinks in the open kitchen, all with a refreshing sense of composure.

One small point we found unnecessary: certain dishes are offered at a discounted price during specific times. We are very glad that we did not dine during this period, as we firmly believe that the price-performance ratio is more than justified even at the regular prices. The quality and service are absolutely worth it.
