I went with some friends to try the pearl milk tea at T4 today. Unfortunately, this shop doesn't allow you to order pearl milk tea without ice and with full syrup. The staff said that the taste is fixed and cannot be customized. When our drinks arrived, they were just average in quality, so we were quite disappointed.
