These guys recently opened 2/3 weeks ago, and it was annoying that they only took delivery when they just launched.
The app itself is not working properly so I had to go to the store and order my food. You can order in-store with their machine or go to the till. It wasn't busy when I went, ordering was easy and fast but I think the person taking my order should have given more option for my meal such as crunchy tacos or soft tacos.
My order did not take too long to be served, I waited less than 10mins. The lady that gave me my food did not even give me second straw for my 2 drinks despite her giving me 2 cups with 2 lids, but at least she offered a cup holder. The drinks are self serving which is a good thing, but that drink area was a mess when I was there. Also napkins were not provided.
The food tasted good, in terms of hotness, I cannot judge because it took me almost 10mins to get home and it was cold outside. Value of the food I would say is poor. The tacos are extremely skinny! I got 1 free taco, £4.99 x1 burritos with fried and drink, and 2 crunchy tacos drink and fries for £4.99. Despite all that, me and my partner were not full/satisfied. The taste was good, but portion or value of the food is poor.
The chips were nice, but Taco Bell needs to start adding their own sauce, after eating like 12 chip bites, I already felt bored of the chips. Also some of the chips were too salty.
The people making the food were all wearing gloves and some wearing mask. People serving at the till, some wearing mask and another not. The place looked clean, except for the drinks area, decor was very nice, white brick walls.
Customer service was good, no issue. I wasn't sure if they were busy, but the store had more chefs than cashier in a closed narrow kitchen, and the cashier were not at the top of their games. I mean, the drinks cup look like they are running low on stock, they were supposed to restock them.
Overall, I would say a mere experience for Taco Bell. Nice taste, poor portion or value for money. You need to order the 12 tacos combos to be satisfied. At least it is a nice treat to try something new if you are fed up of eating...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered off uber eats I ordered 4 meals all including drinks and churros, only 3 meals turned up one of them including a drinks. All of the others 2 meals I received were missing a drink and the churros did not arrive. I asked the drive at the door is this all because itās a very small bag to which he showed me his empty bag and said that is all. I then called the restaurant to complain and ask for my money back for the items I did not receive to where the manager (Sebastian) thought he put me on held to where him and his colleagues were laughing in the background. I questioned them about this to where he said that could he not joke around with colleagues. He kept telling me how the driver must have stolen my items to which I told him that couldnāt have happened as his bag was empty and everything was packed in 1 bag. Whereas if he would have stolen anything the drinks and food would have been separated when my one drink of bottled water was chucked in the same small bag. He told me he was going to check cctv and after 10 mins I heard him arrive back in the phone to where he proceeded to hang up. I have called back 3 times in the space of an hour since then and have not received a call back neither an answer. Do not order from them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a regular customer of Taco bell and has been visiting your branches in Stratford, Baker Street and Edgeware and have always enjoyed it. However this time i visited the Woolwich branch. Firstly when i my order was served, instead of giving me a large glass for my drink (as i had ordered large drink) i was giving two small glasses and no lids were given for the glasses , the person at the counter said they were out of large glasses and lids so i said okay but then when my order was served. I had ordered Fries bell grande but was not given any fork when i went to the counter and asked for a fork. The guy at the counter said we don't have any forks. I asked him how am i suppose to eat these without fork as fries grande are quite messy, then he said we are out of forks and suggest that i go to McDonald's next door and get a fork from them. I am deely disappointed by this attitude as does your staff expect me to eat fries grande with hands?? Or expect me to go next door to McDonald's and beg them to give me forks because taco bell is...
