Both waitress and the chef were kind, engaging, smiley, and fast. I asked for: *Beef Slider (hamburger with beef, chorizo, cheese and a delicious sauce). It was to die for. Such a mix of flavours and richness! *Pan de la casa. Bread with oil and anchovies butter for dippings. Delicious! *Boquerones. I always ask for them because I love them. They were great! *Montadito de cerdo. Marinated pork sweet and savoury, melting in your mouth. Such a contrast of flavours in the same dish! *But the best has been the incredible orange cheesecake. I don't know what he did on that pudding but after all what I asked for, I wasn't sure I could eat it and OH! MY MUMMY! I COULDN'T STOP! GOLD MEDAL FOR THIS CHEESECAKE! 🥲🤤 I had to call the chef and tell him thank you! I'm Spanish and I have to say this place is always great! And of course with a Mahou! Great experience and great staff! Thanks team!

I went to Tapas Revolution in White City at Westfield near Shepherds Bush and it was good experience. Food was very yumm. The restaurant sits upstairs in the big shopping centre so you can spot it after walking by all the shops and looks cool and chilled. The space looks bright with red stools and pictures from Spain, which makes it feel like holiday time even after work meal. The menu has a special section and every plate I tried tasted good. Depending on size of group try mini chorizo and they were juicy with a smoky ish taste. We Ordered in a larger group and garlic prawns that sizzled when they reached the table and we finished them quick and make sure you dip sourdough bread in it . Portions are not huge but not too bad either . The sangria is awesome with cold fruit pieces and just enough sweetness just reduce the ice I may say .

Lovely food, quick service and refreshing sangria. Came for a early light dinner before heading home from Westfield. We started with some sangria 2 glass for £10, which was nice although glasses were warm. Between the two of us we shared Calamari, Jamon Croquettes, Pork Belly and Patatas Bravas. They were all very tasty, the Croquettes being my favourite. The Patatas Bravas were crisp yet soft with strong garlic aioli. Pork belly came with a lovely verde sauce and had a great meat to crispy fat ratio. Only let down was the bit too chewy calamari and that fact the coating was a bit thin and not crispy like they normally are. A pretty good all round experience, would defiantly come back and around £40 for it all, so good value.

Good lord where to start. We came in and were seated then left for 15 minutes before being approached. We ordered water, two strawberry spritz cocktails, some starters and mains. After we said everything we wanted, the waiter told us that they were out of both the mains that we had requested. I was left not knowing what I wanted, my partner just got a sirloin steak (blue). I landed on the pork belly roast (if done right, amazing, but if done badly, terrible). We waited for our water and drinks, for what seemed like an age. Our cocktails came out with our starters, our water never came and we ended up having to order again when our mains came out. Our starters were actually very good. We had the sourdough bread and calamari. Our mains, however, were shocking. My roast came drowning in salty, oily gravy…. The roasted veg was still hard, and the pork belly was tough, tasted like jelly and the cracking was still raw fat. The “apple sauce” was basically a runny jam that tasted like tango apple. My partners steak didn’t arrive until I had finished (attempted to finish) eating. His blue steak was well done, and half cold. No one came to check on us. Even when we asked for the bill. One waitress took our empty drinks glasses and she looked EMBARRASSED….. When we asked for the bill we were left for another 15 minutes. The person who I presumed was the manager was mainly on her phone, had her hair down and showed no level of professionalism. The waiters were all lazy, and clearly didn’t know what to do. The same with the chefs, who were just talking and hardly working. The bartender also didn’t know the cocktails, and had to check the recipe to make them all…. No wonder our drinks were slow. We’ve been here quite a few times in the past and liked it but this time was just a massive let down. As a manager in a restaurant, I know it isn’t much to ask for good service. I’m not asking for waiters to fall over themselves to look after us but my goodness what a shock.

We both left feeling pretty much robbed of our money and I was feeling pretty sick. Let’s hope I didn’t get something from...

First and last time we will ever come here. Decided to travel from Canterbury to Westfield for a belated birthday celebration but they pretty much destroyed our lunch.

Before even sitting down and ordering our food we had already encountered one of your rude staff members. We had moved aside to let a waitress pass through the doorway but she insisted we go first however the male sever taking us to our seat abruptly told us 'mind your backs', so we moved aside to then let her through and not thank you or apology. Not a huge deal but not a good first impression.

Secondly, we were placed on a table in the middle of the restaurant next to two busy tables so we had politely asked if we could sit in a booth and our response was 'No. They're booked'. Again, common etiquette just wasn't there and it was rude and snappy.

When it came to ordering, the dishes we had wanted were unavailable and even a couple of the drinks we had asked for. We eventually decided on our food and one of the dishes we had chosen was calamari and whitebait. The calamari was so chewy it actually gave us sore jaws and the whitebait was horrendously salty. Not to mention the size of the drinks... miniscule.

The grand finale of our pathetic lunch was when our grumpy waitress practically shoved the card machine at our friend and knocking over her drink in the process all over her lap. And they still had the audacity to include the service charge at the end of the bill.

Avoid. Overpriced, rubbery, lukewarm, stingy portions with staff who all have an attitude problem. I...

Horrible customer service and 1+hr wait on frozen food!!!

The setting is quite nice in the middle of the food court, seating around the bar.

However the service was extremely lacking. We had ordered calamari to go with our beer (two plates) and waited over 45 minutes before asking the waitress where our food was. Everyone else had been served before us. She had then gone to check and told us it will be another five minutes while telling others to make our food. It was very obvious she hadn't even put our order in. No apologies whatsoever and we had already finished our beers.

Food finally came, one plate of calamari and her asking if we need anything else. Our second plate!! So the next one came another almost 10 minutes later.

Overall we spent over an hour just waiting for food that can be made in 5 minutes (frozen calamari which is just fried off) and got no explanation, no apologies and no discount or perk for keeping up with this. The least I expected was a free beer.

This is ridiculous, I understand places can be swamped but when waiters make mistakes on your order twice, you as a customer shouldn't be expected to just take it and instead should be compensated for it. We had complained and were mostly ignored on our complaints.

Overall a nice drink and nibble was quite frustrating and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they really have all that...
