Tasty Grill & Pizza — Restaurant in London

I usually order from this place every other week, the past few times the quality of the food has been hit or miss. Tonight I ordered two kebabs and they turned up completely cold. Called the restaurant to explain this and ask for it to be sorted. The guy on the phone turned very aggressive, he hung up on me at one point so I called back, he refused to resend the meal (even though I explained it was cold and still packaged so was happy to return it) but he just kept shouting at me that it's not his problem....he also knows I work in the food industry so for me to leave a negative review like this, it was clearly bad because I understand mistakes can happen, but to be spoken to like a child when they are in the wrong, not me is mind blowing...Good luck with your business I don't think it will be around forever if this is how you deal with your mistakes, which seem to happen very often looking at your...

Another Lewisham kebab shop, that looks like any other from the outside. Even inside, it's not different to anywhere else, but provides an acceptable quality kebab, chips or burger. They also do pizzas, but I think those are left to proper pizza shops.

I found the chips to be a let down. The large serve was small, and the chips themselves were quite dry. For a late night snack, the chicken shish was good, and came with more chicken than some of their competitors, albiet at a slightly higher price.

First order I was not given the pot of sauce I ordered and was told it would be given double on next order (not good enough) but when I ordered from here yesterday and didn't receive the pitta bread I called to ask for it to be sent was given the same excuse will give it next time but as I wasn't happy with that the lady was extremely rude and even put the phone down. I called back and still extremely rude was told to wait 45mins for the bread to be delivered, it never came and have not received an apology. Will never order...
