Elements Bar — Restaurant in London

So went on a Tuesday.. emailed informing there would be a group 20+ people attending.... Bar service was slow really really slow I don't feel that the size of the group was communicated only two members of staff serving... There knowledge of there cocktail menu ingredients wasn't great the cocktails 2 for £10.00 excellent but why oh why would it take 15 minutes to make a cocktail..... food service was diabolical...ordered food at 7.30pm arrived after 9.30pm and that was after enquiring!!!!! It was a limited menu but 2hours to receive fries!!!! If you can't offer a service in a reasonable amount of time then don't offer.... food was awful when it arrived.... Eventually they called in another member of staff to help... AMAZING drinks started to flow more quickly but he arrived near to closing which was ashame..... Bar need's to be stocked better... could have made more sales... Always happy to support black owed business as it's our local community but honestly you need to be better organized forward thinking anticipating your customer base, being prepared for every eventually if you offer a service please please ensure that you can deliver the service to the highest standard and quality every time or do not offer a substandard service... repeat business recommendations will suffer because of this.

I will end and say it was a pleasant evening bar is nice it's clean reasonably priced just the issues we encountered on our evening was disappointing... Thank...

We came into Elements Bar on Sunday 24th February 2019 under a very reasonable online deal. This included 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 hours bottomless prosecco. The gentleman who served us was very polite and welcoming which made us feel at ease. We went to out table to start our prosecco. Unfortunately what we were served was the knock off version "Fizzeco". This is a big mislead as the offer does state several times prosecco. On a plus side the barman made sure we were topped up throughout.

We chose what to order with great advice from the manager on recommemdations. So when that was done we waited with a top up of "fizzecco".

After an understandable length of time we were served our starters and main which came on smart looking wooden boards. Going by restaurant standards the starter should always arrive before the mains not at the same time. Nonetheless the food was of okay standard. Chicken was cooked nicely with a delicious jerk seasoning. The potatoes with the salmon were lukewarm when they arrived. However the salmon was cooked just right. The started were okay, it would have been nice to add some, for example, hoisin sauce for the spring rolls.

It would have made a difference had we were followed up on during the meal to ensure everything was okay.

The music was fitting, slow RnB and just the right volume. This place has huge potential and I hope this constructive feedback would be of some value for a...

I have been too the Elements Bar, twice for both being family occasion and the bar is worth such a visit. The staff are welcoming, polite & give great service. They have a pool/snooker table near the entrance and seating around and near the bar. They have a room at the back of the bar, good for parties and celebrations. The deco is lovely with nature vibes. They serve cocktails, spirits and beers of a commercial line up. They also have Guinness (original) draft and Guinness (foreign) in bottles. The bar has a mixed vibes, feel to it.
