Visited The Fusion with my mum and uncle, and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.

We originally planned to order three Korma curries, but the staff kindly recommended one of their chef’s special curries — similar to a Korma but with a unique twist and flavour. It was absolutely delicious and ended up being the highlight of the meal! You can really taste the care and creativity that goes into their dishes.

For starters, we had poppadoms (hope I spelled that right!) served with a selection of sauces — each one tastier than the last. Light, crisp, and full of flavour — the perfect way to start the meal.

To finish, we all had vanilla ice cream with a sweet sorbet, which was the perfect dessert to round off such a rich and satisfying meal.

On top of the great food, the service was exceptional — warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. The team made us feel truly welcome.

We had a lot of food but manage to capture just these picture. Started with Chicken momo, was on point with the nepalese achar, we were served popadoms with homemade mango chutney which will bring u back to nepal. chowmein, bhutan, chatpate just so good. We had a fantastic meal here. Everything was full of flavour and big portion sizes. The service was friendly and attentive. I had the best briyani, I've had in a long time at a restaurant. When the bill came we were surprised how affordable it was after having so much food.
