Temple 24 — Restaurant in London

The place is small, but nice. We went there around 5-6pm, staff were all packed at the bar talking between them, no one to sit us or tell us how the bar/tapas worked (how to order, need to go to the counter? Food are being served or not? Etc)

The staff is not ready to work with hospitality, we felt a unwelcoming atmosphere, not even a fake smile. (that we that work with hospitality know that sometimes is needed)

Besides the service that was really poor, the pizza took ages to arrive, was really crazy to see so many staff and no one paying any attention to the customers.

Got my coffee here for the first time today the lady was just steaming the milk to Mars … normally you need to put the hand on the jug to make sure it doesn’t become too hot and not over 65 degrees usually … thought I’d trust her because she might know what she is doing. The female worker at the front was flat out disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. We felt unwelcome and left as fast as possible due to the uncomfortable environment. We were served our food in to go containers after stating we were dining in. Based on all of their terrible attitudes it was clearly a tactic to force us to leave. Food was not great and after asking questions about an allergen and told “no”, the food caused an allergic reaction and we had to discard the food.
