I am a local and have been getting food from here for a few years. The food has always been a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes it is fresh and sometimes is stale because the turn over isn't so high. Especially with the strips and chicken burgers because it is not made fresh. However to support local businesses I have been purchasing food from here.

Also their prices and what is included in the meals are always changing depending on who is there on the day.

Moving on to Customer service - the guy who is there on Friday evenings is fast and efficient. However today when I went there was an older man and the service was super slow. Also the lady who works there doesn't know what she is doing. It took them 30 mins to get our order ready and even then they got half of what we ordered wrong served us with burnt burgers. When we addressed the wrong order to the staff they were really rude. This was really disheartening considering I have been a loyal customer.

Rude and extremely disrespectful, one of the wings had dropped on the side counter whilst he was packing it and he had the audacity to put it back in my box whilst I was looking at him and then refused to give me the drink I had paid for and then carried on to dismissing me even though i was talking politely!

Dischisting and against health and safety as my food could have been contaminated and he did not take precautions of even changing or throwing away that chicken wing and instead decided to pass it off and act blind to the situation !!

Chicken was okay. Good level of crispiness in terms of the coating, however could do with a bit more spices to have a greater depth of flavour. However, the customer service is dreadful, staff sitting on chair and casually talking on the phone to a friend, didn't listen carefully to my order and refused to let me pour the chilli sauce on my own, he did it and coated one wing entirely whereas I want it in the corner.
