Really enjoyed it here! Thought the prices were quite reasonable considering that it’s London and AƧai bowls are such an aesthetic and trendy thing at the moment. We got an AƧai bowl with mango, banana and chia seeds on top and granola. The size of the bowl is pretty big and the granola was amazing! However, the mango was frozen which I thought was a shame and should probably be advertised because I don’t think we would’ve gone for that flavour if we had known, but didn’t take away from the delicious flavours of the aƧai. We also got the Mexican chicken Flatbread which was actually a wrap but was a really good size and quite filling. However, I would’ve preferred more avocado in the wrap because there really wasn’t much and while the flavours were amazing it was a little bit on the dry side. They also had a great range of drinks that all sounded nice and the aesthetic and decor was gorgeous. We would return to try more aƧai bowls or try some of their other food or drinks, if in London again soon.

Picked up a Too Good To Go bag towards the end of the day: for 4Ā£ had 4 items, it is absolutely worth it and it is great that they participate to the initiative. Greeted with nice smiles, great service and speedy collection. Now the food: would I be raving about it for days? Probably not. • salad was nice • chia pudding tasted pretty good but preparing it in advance and letting it sit with the granola touching the yogurt makes it humid and soggy, the granola had no chunks and was more small crumbs. • pastries were nothing to talk about (you’d better go to a bakery around the area), but I might go back to have a coffee/smoothie and try their Acai bowls šŸ˜‰ Improvement suggestion: the lighting in the place! Too much bright white light that kind of gives hospital vibes.

Low value! 4 of us went this sunday and all 4 were disappointed. Food was at best average. The prices don't make sense. They gave one partially toasted sourdough bread with no flavor as such for £13. Can make better ones at home. The acai bowls at £10.5 basically had store bought frozen acai with basic low quality ingredients. The banana bread was dry and had some cheap peanut butter on it with old chocolate shavings. As a resident of the area, disappointed with the overall experience. Just go buy the ingredients from waitrose and make it at home.

Strangeness from the start. Came in today with my girlfriend. Neither of us were greeted by the staff, or even spoken to, even though waiting by the counter with multiple staff there.

Vibe seemed off and down. No music playing. Kids making noise constantly repeating an alarm on his phone (to make matters worse). This was well into the day, so why there was no music I have no idea. They started playing it once we mentioned it amongst ourselves.

Staff attitude. No one seemed happy at all. If anything there was a lack of team chemistry and a visibly poor attitude towards doing work. Not only were customers never greeted with ā€œhi or bye, or thank youā€ but there were no smiles whatsoever; even when serving children. They wasn’t rude, I must clarify. But just unenthused.

Food. Tasted good! Definitely a positive. But the aƧai bowls were being served in a cheap plastic bowl? Even for dining in? Bit odd and unaesthetic. And also, asked for a cookie when purchasing. They brought it out after at least 30-40 mins later lol. After we had finished the aƧai bowl and other foods we were eating. Not even like it was being cooked, it was still cold. So not sure why it took so long.

I wouldn’t come back to this place unless it had a change of management. Clearly the staff do not want to be there, and management issues...
