Absolute worst experience I have had

I am honestly appalled at the experience that I had at this restaurant, I could not recommend it less. I have never ever been so disrespected and spoken to like I did by the shift manager (Kali). We ordered our our drinks and food using the QR code and waited 25 minutes for the first meal to come with no drinks, after the second meal came ten minutes later we asked for our drinks. Then forty five minutes after ordering the third meal came, for obvious reasons we mentioned that we weren’t too happy as the food was awful and terrible size for the amount we paid and the service was terrible the waitress told us that it was our fault and that we should have come up to the bar if it was taking too long (is that not her job in the first place not ours). The waitress then said she would call the manager, after waiting fifteen minutes no manger showed up so we asked again and she came thirty minutes later and I have never in my life experienced such a ignorant and rude person. Whilst trying to explain the situation she continuously raised her voice in my face saying that I should not interrupt her even though I never did I looked away for a second as she was in my face and she continues to raise her voice and accuse me of rolling my eyes. I left this place shaking I was so upset I hope that they can train their staff better and do better in general I am extremely upset and...

local business work lunch :- visited on a Tue 12th Nov at 12.30pm.... Food was nice but over priced. service was very slow,. had to repeat my order due to mistakes twice. wasn't able to order the Pie and two items on the 3 for £10 starters due to not having any.. (even though it was so early in the day). so had to change my order for both starter and main - to fish and chips. this was very nice but very few chips. I was offered bread and butter with this meal (free) but declined as i assumed the meal would be a good size. when it arrived after seeing the few chips I asked the waiter if I could have the bread and butter that was offered. I was told that he's a waiter/runner and cant get bread ??? .our table 25 was so wobbly that our drinks continued to spill which we had to clean up as nobody was around we could see.. the service needs to be better here, don't leave people waiting to get served while other staff members chat and could be serving, better speed when mixing drinks (it was not busy) and drinks knowledge not knowing what a (gingerella) was wasn't acceptable since its in a can? we had had enough and didn't bother...

The atmosphere in the pub was great because of the football, but sadly we were really let down by the food. My partner and I both ordered pizza, I got the Merry Crustmas and my partner the Big Bombay. What arrived was a BBQ Chicken and I don’t even know what mine was as I couldn’t find it on the menu - pepperoni and Brie? We told the server that it wasn’t what we ordered and she said those were the orders that came through to the kitchen. We apologised and were made to feel she was annoyed at us even though it wasn’t our fault as she took them away without so much as a word. They took the pizzas away - and then just brought back the exact same ones with pigs in blankets added to mine and some Indian spices to my partners. I’ve posted a picture of my pizza and the menu to show that they were not as advertised, so I had pepperoni and Brie which weren’t supposed to be on there and there was no cranberry sauce. Really disappointed not to be given a fresh pizza with the toppings we had actually ordered, and not even an apology or a free drink to compensate - both would have...

This place has a huge projector which is class for watching football and the staff are nice but that’s where the good things end. I waited 45mins for tacos that cost £7.50 EACH. The mushroom taco pictured was so so painfully bad. The mushrooms seemed like the basic ones they use for fry ups / breakfasts. It had some limp lettuce and sour cream thrown on and god forsaken grated cheddar. It was so flavourless and far from anything resembling Mexican cuisine. I also ordered a chicken karaage taco. There was nothing karaage about it, to call it that is verging on fraudulent. It was breaded chicken probs defrosted from the supermarket that morning. I don’t think we were the only people waiting a long time and I felt sorry for the front of house staff, I was given a free drink for waiting so long and the order being wrong when it arrived, this was nice because the pint I was drinking was £7.80. I must have spent about £50 on a couple pints and terrible food and it was not worth it.
