The Cedar Restaurant | The Deli and Meat — Restaurant in London

I went to this shop ordered some chicken, Butcher was busy talking to his family members. While I was standing there waiting for 15 mins to be served. Then he turns around asks me what I wanted even though I told him 15 mins ago. He has no respect for customers. There were other staff in the shop whom were walking around doing nothing. That Butcher needs to be trained on what good customer services looks like or sack him, he is too arrogant! He needs to drop his back home mentality, your in Britain treat people/customers with respect! Good behaviour doesn’t cost anything. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP UNTIL THEY FIND...

We ordered three sandwiches and we received pieces of meat in plastic boxes with a bag of bread on the side, presumably to make our own sandwiches?? What a joke - called the restaurant, the person who answered couldn't speak English at all - kept asking for our address and we kept giving it to him but he kept on asking "address, address, address...". Then after we hung up, he texted me asking for the address again!! What kind of people are you employing here??? If I do not receive a refund I will be reporting them to trading standards (pictures taken) and initiating a chargeback on my bank card. Completely...
