Big Pizza and Chicken — Restaurant in London

The disrespect from the staff as they sent me an email saying a 20% off next order and I used the code and the order was accepted but when I called them the person who answered the phone was so rude and said he won’t give me my order and will cancel because the 18” pizza is now £17.99 and on the website to order is clearly says £14.99 and the email for the discount I recycling them totalled to £12.49 which he said no the discount was expired when I received it the email same day and same day., I’m a regular customer of there’s for so many years and have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful on the phone. Been going there for years, so I have some experience with this location. The pizza is better than other "Chicken and pizza" shops. The chicken itself is average. That was good enough for me. One of the main staff there had some sort of anger management issues, but that doesn't deter me. The reason why I'm rating this 1 star is due to a time where a member of staff tried to scam me of £1 by giving me a pizza 1 size lower than the one I paid for. It was a mistake at first, but when they realised their mistake, instead of making a new one or letting me know, they tried to hide it until I opened the box and confronted them on the issue. This place is clearly one of the tastiest place in the area and had an amazing experience from the phone call on the phone to the delivery of the food from a gentleman who was very thorough yet very careful. The food was hot and delicious the best food I have ever eaten. Never will go any where else. Has eaten here once more since then and there was different staff but same excellent service.
