Been twice now, and will be going again, but u guys seriously got to sort the menu out. No vegetarian or fish options apart from quorn or fish n chips. We was sat in the ‘dining area’ and all I could hear was a very loud radio and the constant noise of the door to the kitchen being opened, it was like being in a greasy spoon, not the ambience u want when u go out for a nice meal. I get u guys are new to this, but u need to iron out these problems or risk losing regular customers. I now phone ahead to see what u have on the menu, and I will avoid sitting to the rear bar so as not to listen to the constant noise of the door to the kitchen being opened and loud radio. Twice now we have ended going to an alternative venues because of these issues. May not sound much, but looking at the comments, I’m not alone. Also the high chair/tables are not good for diners. I spoke to a family who also said the same thing who were sat to the rear where there is normal sized furniture, but also the noises mentioned above.

Read moreThis little gem was an amazing find Hosted a Baby Shower here on Saturday and cannot express how accommodating The staff were. Dan was very flexible and encouraged us to decorate, provide a playlist that he played through the function room sound system, he allowed us to go in early before the booking to decorate too. There is plenty room for a sit down occasion or a full disco/dj party. A back door leads out to the garden and a separate area too. The room has plenty of sockets and a bar, buffet food is an option too. Had an amazing time and everyone complimented on the venue and how quaint, country-feel yet quirky it...
Read moreVery very friendly stuff and nice atmosphere. And it was great that they have proper cutlery , including a baby size sauce jar for children. Clearly they have put lots thoughts into making the place family friendly. However, the food is unfortunately not great and price is high for what you get. The lamb for my roast meal is cold when served, the roasted vegetables are not crispy. The dessert is overcooked and dry which I couldn’t finish. You can get much better and quality meal for similar price in a couple of other restaurants on the high street. Such a shame as the staff are wonderful but the food...
