The Olive Grove — Restaurant in London

I'm staying locally while working at Wimbledon and i came across The Olive Grove, just round the corner. I had my first pizza last week and went back for my second tonight! I had the Americana both times, but it was so good the first time I didn't need to try another. As others have said, virtually all the ingredients are sourced from Italy, and the thin base and perfect crust are just what you hope for. The toppings are generous, packed with flavour, and very reasonably priced too.

There was no waiting around for it to be delivered to my table, very quick service.

I sat inside to eat, there's seating for about 12, while it is very popular for takeaways too. I didn't get the owner's name, but he was very friendly, and I picked up some great tips from the chef about making my own pizzas at home. Semolina is the key, apparently.

It's such a shame that I'll have to wait until Wimbledon 2026 before I can visit this gem of a pizzeria again.

A nice little place that's a combination of a coffee shop and a pizzeria. However, the place really is 'little' - I don't think more than 10 people can sit simultaneously at a given time. And it's not a place from where you'd want to order a takeaway - it's too good for that sort of thing - so it's a bit of a mystery why they've made it so small. The way to the toilet is through the kitchen, and that raises a few questions in the mind of a sanitation obsessed reviewer (including yours truly). These oddities aside, it's quite a lovely place. A two in one treat. Coffee is AMAZING - my fav is the oat caramel latte - so smooth - best coffee I’ve found in Wimbledon! The pastries are gorgeous too - ask for a pain au chocolate - warmed up 💜. And the music in the morning - so coffee table jazz! And that’s just the morning….in the afternoon this place turns into the best pizza for LITERALLY MILES. Thin crust, crispy, delicious cheese and tomato base / in fact you just can’t go wrong with a margarita here!
