Just don't.
Probably just had my worst pint of beer ever. The hand pump was pulled like someone was carrying a precious vase. Opted for Courage Best (which has always been good here) but this was in the better days. This gunge was flat, tasteless, absolutely no head and totally dull. The cellar line is short so absolutely no excuse for putrid beer.
The pub atmosphere was dog awful. Loud rascist slurs and the foulest of language and this was in front of children. Unacceptable.
The staff are good at taking money but rubbish at serving. No smiles, no manners, just a finger point to where your tap and pay. Lessons needed there.
Bear in mind I've drank in this establishment for 35+ years and to see it gone the way it has is a sign of the uncaring, profiteering times we live. They simply have no idea.
So ... did I return the beer? Yes. Did I get anything in return? Yes ... a comment of "well its not usually a problem" Am I disgusted and going elswhere? You can count on that!
