I went to The raven on 26th of March (Sunday) For Sunday roast . I live nearby and I went to here often for food. And I trusted the quality of the food at The Raven Pub and was proud of it, so I invited my mother-in-law who lives an hour away and took her there. However, the food was very different from usual. Even my fish and chips came out with a piece of metal from scrubber. I spit out from my mouth. Very disgusting.

It was a very disappointing quality of food, and I felt very sorry and embarrassed for my mother-in-law who made me come this far, and I felt betrayed and displeased with this pub, and I also hurt my stomach. I am glad that at least that was me not my mother in law..you know what I mean.

When I found a foreign object in my food, I carried the plate to the counter. The person who seemed to be the manager said that he would give me a refund as if it was not a big deal. The money was given in cash from till.

The man was very drunk at the time, and made the ridiculous excuse that “the kitchen was busy”.It was a very unpleasant response.

The food quality has changed a lot. The price is rising and the quality is rubbish. When I asked, they said that new kitchen staff would be cooking from March.

When I showed photos of my visits in January and February and told them that the food was very different, they gave me a piece of paper to write down my personal information and I wrote down my number and email.

But no one contacted me so far. disappointing customer service.

In fact, I wanted to get a refund for all food. Not only fish and chips Of course excluding beer.

This pub is a place where I have a lot of good memories. I wanted to share good experiences and memories with my mother-in-law. But she returned home with only a very unpleasant experience.

I attach food photos from January and February and photos from last Sunday. If you have eyes you will definitely feel the difference. The fact that it was never this quality food at this price is also very difficult to eat. Yorkshire pudding was burnt, it was hard like rock. Fish and chips had metal scrubber..🤦🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🤯🤬🤢🤮

I won’t have food there ever again perhaps. Hope you improving your service...

The Raven in Stamford Brook has all the charm and character you’d hope to find in a London pub. A place where the beer flows as smoothly as the conversations, it’s an excellent spot to unwind after a busy day or toast to the weekend.

One of the highlights of The Raven is its beer selection. From classic ales to trendy craft brews, the beer menu caters to all tastes. Paired with the friendly staff who serve with a smile, it’s easy to feel at home here.

If you’re a fan of alfresco dining or just sipping a pint in the great outdoors, the outdoor seating area will surely catch your eye. It’s a pleasant space, perfectly arranged for a relaxed evening with friends or family.

And let’s not overlook the weekend discount that runs until 7 pm. It’s a wonderful incentive for those looking to enjoy a quality pub experience without breaking the bank.

All in all, The Raven stands as a quintessential neighborhood pub, offering all the comfort, quality, and community feel that makes British pubs so special. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Stamford Brook, this friendly spot deserves a visit. Rating: 4 out of 5 – for good brews, great vibes, and a nice...

I am a Scheme Manager for a Charity in West London and on Monday of this week, I took 30 of my residents for a Christmas Lunch at 'The Raven' and the service was absolutely outstanding, as was the food. The staff were so incredibly kind, caring, compassionate and supportive to all of my residents and helped them whenever they needed anything and were so polite and professional. The food was absolutely beautiful and without a doubt one of the best Christmas meals I have ever eaten. The residents just loved the food as well and said how incredible it was. My residents and I are so very grateful to Ian - The Manager of 'The Raven' and all of the staff that looked after us for our Christmas meal and they were, Alex, David, Lucas, Michal, Jarek and Ella, you were all absolutely wonderful and you gave my residents a truly wonderful afternoon and they needed this so much because it has been such a challenging 2 years for them all during the Covid 19 Pandemic. We will definitely be returning again next year. Your all marvellous and wishing you all a Very Happy Christmas and all the very...

It’s a cute little pub to experience the local pubs in London. I went there by chance on my explore the area of Ravenscourt park and while looking for nearby stations I sited this pub and went inside. The atmosphere was chill and some sports on the screen was beautiful for a weekend afternoon. To my surprise they have more space inside and more activities too, like live music, children book reading etc. on the board the calendar is written to check if you catch any of it. I enjoyed the small little bites and drinks and spent wonderful time watching the matches.

The Raven W6 is a pub in Ravenscourt Park, London. It is a warm and friendly traditional pub that serves quality food and drinks. The pub is named after the old Ravenscourt Manor House, which was once surrounded by a moat fed by the Stamford Brook. The Manor House was demolished after suffering severe damage by incendiary bombs in 1941. The Raven W6 is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. It is known for its good food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. The pub also has a large beer garden, which is perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months

We were dropped off at the tube station across the street after a day tour and wanted to wait out rush hour. How convenient this pub was right there! Nice and cozy, decent beer and wine, and really tasty Thai food. Suitable for vegetarians! They actually list all allergens on the menu. Technically, I think the Thai food is prepared by a separate restaurant entity in the same pub. Good place to watch a rugby match on TV.
